We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathalie Azoubel and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nathalie, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve worked for myself most of my life, with a few exceptions… Owning my own business, in this case my own boutique real estate brokerage, comes with a lot of responsibilities, but the freedom and rewards undoubtedly outweigh all of them!
I love being able to choose who I work with, starting with my team, but also my clients… We spend such a huge amount of hours working, that it is important to be with people that we truly like and admire.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
If there’s one thing I have learned, is to trust my instincts… learned it the hard way, but that’s the best way to learn!
The thing I love the most about my business is the matchmaking aspect of it… My team and I always go the extra mile to make sure our clients end up in love with their purchase or, in the case of sellers, we want them to feel confident they got the best deal on their sale.
What makes my business different? We truly care! We build long term relationships with our clients, and that mutual trust is the most valuable of our assets.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I absolutely LOVE my neighborhood… I leave in Bay Point and there are so many new cute bakeries in the Biscayne corridor… Definitely try Caracas Bakery, El Bagel & LA Social. For Tacos, nothing better than Uptown66, and the best empanadas in Luna Pasta
For a spa day and relaxing lunch by the bay, head to The Standard… it truly feels like being on vacation!
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to my husband, Ronny Gheiler. He believed I could do a great job in this somewhat crowded real estate pond, and gave me the push to dive in… head first! It’s been an exhilarating journey ever since!
