Meet Nathalie | Legal Assistant Pro Se

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathalie and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nathalie, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that help me succeed in life are rooted in discipline and faith.
Almost every day, I start my morning with a workout at 5 AM, followed by Mass at 7 AM. These two rituals have become non-negotiable for me, they are my daily fuel, mentally and spiritually.
I chose this lifestyle because it sets the tone for the rest of my day. The workout floods my body with serotonin, energizing me and sharpening my focus. Then, attending Mass fills my heart with peace and love, grounding me with a sense of purpose.
This combination keeps me going, no matter what challenges I face. It’s not just a routine; it’s a way of life that keeps me aligned, motivated, and deeply fulfilled.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pangea Multiservices is a pro se legal services company focused on serving the Hispanic community, and I’m incredibly proud to support my clients by helping them fill out documents and providing Notary Public and translation services. What truly sets Pangea apart is the way I treat each client: with care, respect, and love. I take the time to educate them about the documents they need help with, always being careful to stay within the boundaries of non-legal advice. My clients trust me deeply, and that trust means everything to me.
Getting to where I am today in business took patience, dedication, and above all, faith. Faith in my mission and in the value of what I offer every single day. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve learned that the key to overcoming challenges as a business owner is to never give up. I’m always seeking to grow, to learn something new that will benefit my clients, and I never hesitate to ask for help when I need it.
The name “Pangea” spoke to me because it represents unity, all continents as one. That’s how I see my business: without boundaries, connected, and built on the idea of bringing people together. At the heart of everything I do is SERVICE. I currently volunteer every Wednesday at the Guatemalan Maya Center, and that experience fills my heart with joy. It’s an honor to give back to the community and to serve with love and respect. This is more than a business to me, it’s a purpose.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will definitely take them to the beach, I love Jupiter Beach! While in Jupiter, I’ll bring them to one of my favorite restaurants, Little Moir’s Food Shack, for some delicious fish and seafood. Then we can stop by Civil Society Brewing Co. in Jupiter for a cold beer and some live music.
Later in the week, I’ll give them a tour of other great breweries like Royal Palm Brewery, and on Saturday night, we’ll visit Mathews Brewing Company in Lake Worth Beach, for excellent beer and the best live music in Palm Beach County.
I’ll also take them to some free live concerts in Wellington on Thursday nights, which include food trucks. Of course, I’ll give them a tour of Palm Beach Island, and maybe we’ll do a little shopping on Worth Avenue.
We’ll have dinner at CityPlace and then head to Clematis Street in West Palm Beach for cocktails. On Sunday afternoon, I’ll invite them to Mass at our Mini Basilica in Palm Beach, they offer a beautiful service.
And of course, more beach time! Palm Beach County has so much to see and enjoy.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported the creation of Pangea Multiservices. To my mom, dad and my kids, thank you for believing in me and being my biggest supporters. A special thanks to my good friend Wilmer Ravelo, who inspired me to start this business and has been my personal coach throughout the journey, and to Jordania Arias, whose guidance and encouragement as a coach have been invaluable. To my best friend Lorna for believing in me and supporting me and my business. I’m also deeply grateful to the City of West Palm Beach and Greenacres for opening their doors and guiding me through the process of building the business structure. And most of all, thank you to my amazing clients for your trust and generous referrals, their support means everything to me.
