We had the good fortune of connecting with Neil Schwabe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Neil, what principle do you value most?
At some level, everyone is a salesperson. Even a doctor with his or her stoic and nondescript communication skills has to give their patients a reason to come back and receive services for their ultimate profit.

The most important part of success for anyone is the integrity they bring to their clients.

As one of the most successful agents in the united states, with a 30-year career, integrity is the number one value principle for all of us. I believe firmly being open and honest with clients is most important. Going the extra mile and doing what is morally and ethically correct.

I embody integrity in everything I do. Whether it’s the first contact with a prospect, through all communication, or one of my many 25-plus year clients, I absolutely put them First, Foremost, and Always. I do exactly as I say and I say exactly as I do, delivering the utmost attention to their needs and requests.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets me apart is my relentless pursuit to put others first and not myself. A message of HOPE, helping other people every day. Be it a prospect or a client, I give a 100% of myself to them to do the very best I possibly can for them without bias for my own personal wants or needs. The relationships that I have built with my clients by embodying this message, all day, every day, set me apart from 99% of the business world that doesn’t always do this. Building these types of relationships will eventually build profitability.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The multicultural diversity makes it feel like you are traveling to many countries around the world in one location. All of them have their unique personalities which shape the Miami experience through constant decadence, superb entertainment, and absolute fun you will remember for a lifetime.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shout out to myself (and I genuinely believe you should too)! It’s through the processing and analysis of all my life experiences, whether good or bad, right or wrong, and taking the learning experience and applying them the next day. That repetitive process we all do at some level will reinforce the right path for the next best choice for you to take or make. Hence, your experiences/trustworthy mentor/advisor is yourself. The process. It all comes from you.
