We had the good fortune of connecting with Alienation Band and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alienation Band, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
As a band, I believe that most people aren’t aware of the dedication and work that goes into it. We love to do this, but it takes hours of practice every week, money, branding, marketing, etc. We spend all our time planning for the next show to make it as good as we are capable.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
We are proud of each other. We’ve all been in past bands that we ran as individuals. Alienation is 3 guys that can rely on each other on and off the stage. Music business is never easy, and there’s never a guarantee, but that’s what makes the reward of success so thrilling. We want everyone to know that when you come see us, we’re giving you everything we’ve got and the next time you come see us we are going to give it right back to you. The show is the priority in this band.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
It’s sunny south Florida, so of course the days would be spent at the beach. Then I would take them to the Ave for drinks and live music at Tin Roof or Throw Social. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
We owe a lot of our momentum to our family. Andy and Alonso’s kids get to see their dad’s rock out. The band wives, Cynthia and Autumn support us and help us keep this thing going. Everyone will celebrate when this band is on stages all over south Florida putting on a killer rock show.
