Hi Nita, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Started my Bar and Grill in Chicago . We decided to add Wings to the menu and we came up with a Elote Wing which is a Street Corn sauce we toss the wings in . We also Came up with a Guava Sauce wing . Our first year we deiced to enter into the Wing Fest We Won Best Exotic Sauce. We did so well that we entered into another Fest that same year and Won Peoples Choice . I then decided to open a Food truck here in Miami and bring those great Wing Flavors out here . Our Food truck is called Chi Town Girls brining you that Chitown Flare . Great Food and Made Fresh .

Owner of Food Truck Chi Town Girls Passion For cooking Love when I see peoples Faces and they say they was the best Taco, Wing or Sandwich .

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Definlty Wynwood Love the Vibe there . Great Restaurants and Nightlife .

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a shoutout to My Family with out them none of this would be possible . They have always helped with the family Buisness in creating New Recipes and New ideas .
