We had the good fortune of connecting with Olivia Pascale and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Olivia, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I was born in Manhattan, but raised in South Florida. I started modeling when I was 9 and I always say it was such a great way for me to learn professionalism at a young age. I learned how to conduct myself, how to take direction, and most importantly, how to handle rejection and not take it personally. I’ve always held that with me because that is a big aspect of being a business owner as well and I feel like I got great practice hearing “no” and not letting that stop me.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a full-time content creator creating across multiple platforms including Instagram. TikTok, YouTube, Like to Know It, Pintrest, Apple Podcast, OnlyFans, and I’m probably forgetting something. I also co-own a creative digital agency called Mood The Agency. We offer content creation, social media account management, and influencer marketing. I believe what sets me apart is the amount of different projects I am involved in and my ability to leverage my time with delegation. It hasn’t always been easy. I quit a 9-5 to work 24/7. The hardest thing about my work is knowing when to “clock-out”. It doesn’t really exist in the world of content creation, because theres always SOMETHING you could be creating. It’s a struggle everyday to find that balance. I’ve learned that you have to be so extremely intentional about carving out the time for things like life tasks, personal development, self-care, etc.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say let’s hit the beach! I love going to the beach but a little more North Miami Beach to avoid the chaos of South Beach. Then I’d take them to Pura Vida for lunch, and definitely stop by South Pointe Park to watch the sunset. I think what Miami has to offer is the bodies of water and sunshine and it doesn’t always have to be the ocean at the beach. We could go to Sunset Harbor for a pilates class and grab coffee at Panther Coffee after. Then sit by the bay and watch the sailboats.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d love to shout out the community Bigger Pockets. I dove into their resources about 6 years ago now and learned a lot about business and the mindset needed to be an entrepreneur. Listening to their podcast definitely changed the course of my life and opened up a whole new path for me.
