We had the good fortune of connecting with Osmin Tervil II and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Osmin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
For me the most important factor behind the brand is authenticity. I feel as if you are unapologetic being you, there is no way that can’t be respected and celebrated. For me the response has been overwhelming to say the least, Broward really showing that there is love and support out there. So from oztheplug, I and grateful, Thank you

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Professionally I work in retail, I’ve worked my way up to General Manager, through hard work and recognition. It wasn’t the easiest road but I got to it, by grinding out success. Nowadays I want to turn that focus towards photography and the podcast.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For me i’m telling them to pull up to World Famous for the eggrolls. If it’s Taco Tuesday i’m at Bar Rita in the corner ducked off minding my business. If i’m just trying to be by the beach Rock Bar is my go-to. World of Beer is also a spot of mine.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to thank my parents that provided a good home for me. Shaun for doing this pod thing with me, my friends whom all support and listen, and my girlfriend.
