We had the good fortune of connecting with Ozzy Rosenberg and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ozzy, what do you attribute your success to?
I believe one of the most important factors in my success and that of our blog is building and nurturing relationships within the industry.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My 9 to 5 is in banking and I have been in the finance and banking industry for almost 20 years now. From retail banking to wealth management to operation as well as business development it has all led to be a path of being able to help our clients achieve financial success and peace of mind all while feeling they are my only clients.

When I am not in the office I have loved working on our movie/entertainment blog filmfoodieozzy that also opened the door to us running the Miami Dads Group that is a part of the City Dads national network. Familia and movies, a match made in cinematic heaven.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well the first I would do is check if we have a special movie event to head over to like a red carpet event or an activation like that. Living in Miami we have a load of places we could go to visit and grab a drink or some food. We would hit up the bar at Luca de Osteria in the Gables and head over to our favorite bar tender and have her recommend a plate or dinner special. Next on our list would be Sanguiche de Miami for a legit cuban sandwich with some delicious croquetas! We would then head on over to the beach but a lil further up to the Eden Roc and relax and grab some drinks from bar. South florida has alot to offer everyone, we cannot forget to visit and soak in our beautiful natural resources like the everglades. There are some fun hiking trails to explore as well as jumping into an air boat to explore them.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this Shoutout to my wife Meesh (Michelle Zambrana) who encouraged me from day 1 to start this entertainment blog and follow my creative passion. She knows how to see past it all and be the encouraging factor in my life to dream big.
