We had the good fortune of connecting with Pat Novoa and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Pat, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
A succeed work life is not just about your expertise, clients, inspiration and “work hard”. The life you have behind makes a reflection for good results. Some habits like sports, health food, always updating your new technology in your business is very precious.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am working in this industry – Architecture and Interior Design since my first year on college. Never stop. Always has challenges and this was the best part. Saw in reality what clients dreamed is very pleasure. The lesson number one: understand what your client wants is the most important. What I want the world know is: everything changed for better and now is much more easy work and project at all places in the world.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I have a particular history with Miami and of course some places that I think is magical for make a list: – walk on Venation Road
– dinner at il Mulino on Acqualina, Sunny Isles
– eat a graet hot dog on Two guys on Bayside
– find some Italian restaurant on Midtown
– Buy some fresh food on Fresh Market
– Walk on Brickell and admire the architecture of the buildings

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate my actual shoutout moment for a clients who believes in my capacity and all my history inside the interior design and architecture
