We had the good fortune of connecting with Paul Behar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paul, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of our brand is the deep belief that what we do is genuinely good for the world. We provide kids with an outlet to express themselves and grow their strengths, creating a nurturing space where they can fit in and make friends. I’m passionate about inspiring them to embrace a healthy lifestyle from a young age, which I believe sets the foundation for their future success. It’s this heartfelt care for their well-being that drives our mission, and I’ve seen firsthand how that commitment not only benefits these young athletes but also leads to our own success as a brand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What sets Team Omnia apart from others is our pioneering approach as the first kids-only weightlifting gym that offers group classes in this specialized discipline. We’ve created a fun and dynamic environment where young athletes can engage in games and educational enrichment, all while developing their athletic abilities and character. This holistic approach not only fosters physical strength but also helps build confidence and teamwork among the kids.

Looking back, I got to where I am today because six years ago, I began coaching CrossFit and quickly recognized a significant gap in fitness opportunities for children. It was clear to me that very few people were prioritizing fitness for kids, so I made it my mission to change that and give young people the chance to shine.

The journey hasn’t been without challenges; growing and learning how to introduce something entirely new to the market has been a formidable task. Educating parents about the incredible benefits of weightlifting for their kids has been a key part of our mission. But I truly believe that our dedication and unique offerings will soon make our name recognized far and wide.

The world will know we’re here, and I’m excited to see the impact we’ll continue to make!
