We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Fiorello and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rachel, as a parent, what do you feel is the most meaningful thing you’ve done for them?
As a parent, one of the most important things I have done as far as the impact on my children has been implementing a routine for them. I think one of the best gifts we can give our children is predictability (as best as we can). In creating a routine for them, they know what is to come each day and feel a sense of control in what is happening in their world. This is also one of the biggest things I instill in my clients at The Cradle Coach as well!
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As the driving force behind the operations at The Cradle Coach, I am responsible for making sure our ship sails smoothly. In addition to that, I get to be just as hands on with our clients as The Cradle Coach’s Senior Sleep Consultant. I am most proud of the thousands of families I have worked with over the years to bring sleep and consistency in to their lives. I am honored that families have trusted me in providing them with the tools they need to be successful in getting their babies or toddlers the sleep they need. In turn, everybody is much happier!
At The Cradle Coach, we specialize in creating custom plans for the families we work with. There is no one-sized-fits-all approach because we know that no baby or toddler is the same as another. Everybody we work with is an individual and we treat them as such by developing a plan that they are comfortable implementing.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to the founder of The Cradle Coach, Melissa Perry. She helped guide me as a new mom over 10 years ago. She is the one who set me on the path to be able to give the same to parents both in our community and around the world.
