Meet Rachel Levy | Entrepreneur, Skin Enthusiast, and Real Estate Investor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Levy and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachel, what do you attribute your success to?
I’ve been running businesses and working for myself since I was 19 years old. But, it was not until I harnessed the power of my intuition that my businesses began to grow. In the case of Rejuvederm, by holding tight to my intuition, we have expanded quickly, and are even preparing to franchise our concept throughout the US and overseas.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own two businesses. Rejuvederm is the business I dedicate my days to. Our focus is simple, really: we turn back time both externally and internally for our clients. It’s a skincare studio on Lincoln Road that is centered around a treatment called plasma fibroblast. This treatment uses a device that administers plasma energy to burn the skin, leaving small dots (carbon crusts) on the skin. These dots flake off over 5-8 days and leave the skin significantly tighter, smoother, and lifted. When applied properly by an expert, the results can be as good as surgery (or even better) without the same risks. It’s a revolutionary procedure. We compliment the procedure with micro needling and vitamin infusion IV’s from our sister concept, Dew Bar, which is the lobby of our space. Clients can come for one treatment, or, in the case of those looking to shed 10-20 years off their appearance, they can receive a series of treatments and actually get a membership with us.

In the evenings and on the weekends, my husband Jonathan and I operate a real estate investment company called Levitate Group. At Levitate Group, we are capital partners, brining money and investors to multifamily real estate acquisitions. Together with our partners, we have a portfolio of over 500 units, which we are in the process of expanding to about 1,500. Our multifamily acquisitions have preformed incredibly over the years, with average annual returns of between 18-25+%, basically doubling our and our investor’s capital in 5 years or less. It’s a great investment class and it’s a shame more people aren’t aware of the opportunities!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In order to truly experience Miami, you have to get a glimpse of all sides- the glitz and the glamour of South Beach and the islands, its night clubs, the characters that light up Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive at night… the buzz of Wynwood in the day and the electrifying pulse of it at night, shopping from Bel Harbour Shops to Aventura Mall, the Design District, Brickell, and the Falls, Cuban joints on Calle Ocho, La Sandwhicherie after a late night partying… the list goes on and on!

My husband has been my greatest support system as I have failed and succeeded in business over the years. I’ve also been incredibly fortunate to have support from like-minded friends, entrepreneurs, and mentors who have encouraged me, helped me to grow, and even partnered with me on the road to success.
