Hi Reina, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I’m From Miami, I Grew Up In A Neighborhood Called Robinhood But I Didn’t Go Outside Much….Lol….I Was Raised By My Grandmother And Single Mother, And Life Was Hard But We Were Always Blessed Enough. Growing Up I Had To Learn That We Were A Little Less Fortunate Than Those I Grew Up Around Or Came Across And That Just Taught Me To Work Harder For What I Wanted. Growing Up In A Haitian/Bahamian/American Home Was Pretty Wild And I’ve Learned That I Didnt Grow Up The Same As A Lot Of My Peers Born Here…..Lol…I’m Kinda Like An Alien…But I Think The Way I Was Raised Taught Me To Appreciate The Little Things In Life….It’s Definitely Taught Me To Be Stronger And Helped To Strength My Faith….My Struggles And Lessons Have Taught Me How To Move Differently And How To Think Differently To Elevate Myself. The Person I Am Today Is Ever Changing, Growing, Learning, And Always Working. There’s So Much I Want To Do In Life And I Only Have One To Live. I’ve Almost Lost It Twice In One Year, So I Know Gods Saving Me For Something BIG!….

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
So I’m Reina Da Ripper And Yes, I’m An Artist. I Love Making Hip-Pop (What I Call It,,Lol) Type Music…It’s Music That’s Fun And Pretty And Makes A Queen Feel Good….I Have Some Heartfelt Stuff As Well, But It Doesn’t Get Thrown Into The Mix Too Often….Lol…

As Of Now I’m Still Really Early In My Music Career But I’m Super Proud Of The Fact That I Have Four Singles Out (On All Platforms). And Also Four Music Videos On YouTube. Little Reina Woulda Never Thought….

Next To That I Have My Baby, My Brand Body By Reina Which Is Doing Well. I’m Excited For The Campaigns And New Collection I’ll Be Shooting For That Pretty Soon. Lots Of Exciting Things To Come There. I Can’t Wait.

To Get To Where I Am Today, And It’s Not That Far Yet, I Just Had To Stay Focused And True To Me. I’m Always Making Sure I’m Learning The Background Things With What I’m Pursuing And I’m Making Sure That I Try To Look For Guidance From God With Everything I Pursue.

I’ve Come Across Many Challenges While Trying To Pursue My Goals. Whether It Be Collaborative Differences, Being Manhandled, Or Even Trying To Be Bribed, I Overcame Them. I Make Sure I Handle My Self The Way I Know Myself And Make Sure I Learn From The Situation And Move Differently…..I’ve Learned When You Have A Good Heart And Nice Aura You Attract Lots Of People, But They’re All Not Deserving Of Your Energy. They’ll Try You And Use You And Itll Hurt, But Continue To Love God And Be You. And He Got Us…

I Want People To Know That I’m The Definition Of Not Looking Like What You’ve Been Through. And I’m Soooo Grateful To My Heavenly Father That I Don’t. I Want The World To Know That Reina Da Ripper Is A Light The World Needs, And It Took Me Some Time To Realize And Understand That. But I Can’t Wait Til The Day I Can Share It All With You And Change The World. I Want The World To Know That I Love Everyone In It….

My Brand Body By Reina Is A Brand That Embraces Everybody, And Every Body…It’s About Self Love. Empowerment! Body By Reina Is About Being Comfortable In Your Own Beautiful Skin. Accepting Yourself, Because Being Beautiful Means Being You. Loving Who You Are And Knowing That You’re A Queen…A Goddess…We All May Be Different, But Queen….Different Is Good. Here There’s Absolutely No Body Shaming.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Alright So If My Imaginary Bestie Was Coming To Visit Me In Miami The First Thing We’re Doing Is Going To Cold Stone….Lol…I’m A Sucker For Coldstone And A Cute Lil Ice Cream Date. I’m Taking Them To Wynwood, Where All The Art And Cool Little Check Out Spots Are. Get Some Bomb Pics And Grab Drinks And Eats. Probably Go Visit Pilo’s Tequila Garden, I’ve Been There Twice And It Was Vibes. Next Day We’re Going To The Beachhhh…We’re Gonna Be Cute And Catch Some Vibes At Niki Beach. Then At Night We’re Going To Xtreme Action Park….Lol…I Love Doing Actual Activities…..
Next Day Brunch….Then Painting With A Twist….Then At Night A Club, Cause They Will Want To Go…Lol…..
