We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhea Verma and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rhea, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I believe that time is the most precious resource we have. The culture of hustling and grinding to achieve your goals isn’t something that resonates with me. It is possible to achieve your goals in a way that doesn’t lead to burnout, it is possible to achieve your goals in a way that you get to enjoy your life in the process! I wanted to share with people that there is a healthy and sustainable way to achieve your goals and that’s how my business was born. I teach entrepreneurs how to get a work-life balance so they can be successful in their business + have a life outside of it too! My coaching is all about being intentional with your time, being mindful of the tasks you’re doing. I teach entrepreneurs how to focus on the tasks that are actually going to serve them long term and make a significant impact on their business and life.

In my opinion, with anything you do in life mindset plays an integral role. You could do all the hard work in the world but if you don’t have the right mindset, you’re not going to have fun on the journey neither are you going to be satisfied when you reach your destination. It’s truly what’s going to keep you going in the hardest of times.

Mindset is an important part of my life, it’s been an important part of my business AND it’s an important element that I integrate along with the strategies, methods, and other things that I coach on to achieve a work-life balance.

My thought process behind starting my business was to be able to help others to have the best of both worlds – being successful in their work and having enough time in the day to also be able to live the life of their dreams! It brings me immense joy and I feel a deep sense of gratitude to see that people’s lives have been transformed through my work.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m a Productivity Coach. I teach entrepreneurs how to increase their productivity & focus so they can achieve a work-life balance.

What sets me apart is that I focus on the entire journey of my clients’ path to achieving a work-life balance. My goal is to make sure that my clients achieve the goals they have while enjoying the process and having fun every single day.
The solutions and strategies I provide them with are 100% customized to fit their unique lifestyle.
I ensure that my clients feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, they feel at peace knowing that whatever they’ve done throughout the day is moving the needle and helping them get closer to their long-term goals.

I’m most proud about the fact that everything my clients learn when working with me, stays with them FOREVER. Their results, their mindset, their way of doing things, it all becomes a part of their lifestyle and it helps them live the life they’ve always desired to.

It wasn’t always easy business-wise. But in the challenging moments, I focused on the big picture – I knew the magical changes that could happen in people’s lives through my work. And focusing on the impact that my work can have on so many people and their families kept me going.

Lessons I’ve learned along the way in the form of quotes I love:
1. Business is tuff but so are you!
2. You can’t have a rainbow without a little rain

What do you want the world to know about you:
My coaching is all about intentionality, mindfulness, and sustainability. You can achieve all your goals with my magical formula of productivity + focus + time management + mindset.
My clients & I work for only a couple of hours in the day and then we actually go live our lives. That’s possible for you too!! You don’t have to give up having a life in order for your business to succeed.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
( City – Mumbai )

I’d take them for a walk in the lanes of Juhu, a green, peaceful & quiet suburb in Mumbai. I’d show them the beautiful buildings & homes of Juhu that I always admire whenever I pass that area.
Mumbai is known for several things in the street food department, one of them being the famous – VADA PAV. I’d take them to have the tastiest Vada Pav, opposite Mithibai College.

I’d also take them to a completely contrasting suburb – Bandra Kurla Complex. When you enter that suburb you feel like you’re in a whole new world. CITI, JP Morgan, Google, etc. have their offices there. What I love most about BKC is how beautiful and different all the office buildings are. BKC gives me a feeling of luxury and expansiveness in the most inviting way possible.
BKC also has plenty of amazing restaurants, Cin Cin has the best food & Yauatcha Pâtisserie has the BEST chocolate mousse cake!

A great place to hang out in Mumbai is at The Prithvi Theatre. They have the best plays and there’s a cute cozy cafe outside of it that always has a lot of interesting people around.

I’d also take them for a drive all around Mumbai at night to see the beautiful city lights

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give a shoutout to my grand aunt, Mrs. Mamta Jafa for always keeping up with all that I do in the online space. She has continually showered me with the most heartwarming, encouraging, and kind words. I’m grateful to have her support!
