Hi Richard, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
As an engineer, my inclination toward problem-solving and improvement has been evident since my formative years. While balancing full-time employment, I consistently engaged in various small projects, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by businesses. Witnessing these obstacles firsthand fueled my desire to address them and provide solutions to enhance customer experiences. Over the past decade, I have amassed valuable experience and acquired prestigious training and certifications in the field. However, I observed a persistent gap between businesses and technology, hindering their optimal utilization of resources. Motivated by this realization, I made the strategic decision to venture into entrepreneurship, aiming to bridge this divide and empower businesses to leverage technology effectively for their growth and success.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Kingston for a week-long trip and they shared my love for free space and scenic environments, I would craft an itinerary that showcases the city’s natural beauty and vibrant culture.

Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
* Check into a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Kingston.
* Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Kingston waterfront, taking in the views of the harbor and Jamaica’s Down Town history
* Dinner at The Terra Nova All Suite Hotel, renowned for its exquisite cuisine and elegant ambiance.
