We had the good fortune of connecting with Richard Saintelus and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Richard, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Launching “Outwork” was born out of adversity, I started “Outwork” off in debt -$650, at that point I was at the lowest I’ve ever been in life. That moment not only gave me the dedication to do something to better my current circumstances but to also motivate and encourage others that they too are capable of anything. Beyond personal transformation, my decision to start “Outwork” was grounded in a desire to truly inspire others. I wanted to be a living testament that anyone, regardless of their starting point, has the capability to achieve their dreams. By sharing my story, I aimed to encourage others to embrace their potential and turn their dreams into reality. Essentially, my thought process behind starting “Outwork” was a mix of personal determination, and a commitment to impact others. This journey has never just been about building a brand; it’s about walking in my God given purpose to help and motivate individuals worldwide, showing them, they have a purpose and through God all things can be achieved. Amen!
What should our readers know about your business?
Starting my business off definitely was an easy task. I fell as if anything worth achieving shouldn’t be easy because the trails and tribulation your put through mold you and give you the character traits needed in order for you to walk in your purpose. What sets “Outwork” apart is not just the products or services we offer but the profound story and purpose behind the brand. We take pride in our commitment to serving as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that success is achievable regardless of where one starts. Getting “Outwork” to the point that it is today took a lot of sacrifice and sleepless nights, for instance, creating content, putting my self in position and rooms, getting outside an selling products, doing things for my community and creating awareness anyway imaginable. I’m most proud of the fact that I’ve been able to impact hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and also meet and spreading my clothing and it message to public figures for instance, Duke Dennis, Ashton Kutcher, Druski, Smooth Gio, Chris Paul and many more to come. I want people to know I started “Outwork” off in debt -$650, at that point I was at the lowest I’ve ever been in life and I’ve managed to accomplish so much, if I can do it so can you.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If an friend came down I would definitely take to Miami first Miami design district and Wynwood area to show them the beautiful scenery including paintings, pictures, sculptures, and landmarks etc. I would take them to Miami beach where they can take in the beach, activities and the beautiful women lol.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I too believe that success is and can not be gained without the help of others, I have been fortunate enough to have many induvial in my life to help me in my journey to success. Whether that be in a way of encouragement, mentorship, a helping hand or merely an open ear, so I would like to take this moment and thank all my friends and family (you know who you are) especially my mother the woman who molded me into the man I am today, supporting and believing in me every step of the way it has been a remarkable achievement of mine to make you proud.
