Meet Robnitia Weekley | Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Robnitia Weekley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Robnitia, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
When you’re building something, it is not always going to be a smooth road. She has learned from her growth process to make sure you’re improving by trial and error. Alwavs have a back up plan and save yourself the time and effort and do things independently. When you’re running a business you can not take things personal & you can’t let those things distract you or hinder your productivIty.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I literally eat, sleep, and breathe the entrepreneur life! It’s really a passion to connect with other women business owners! Since the beginning, I’ve always loved the freedom of living life on my own terms and being a boss! I look forward to expanding and growing with you all. The motivation behind starting my own business is my passion and mission. My goal is to provide exceptional customer service and meet all of my clients’ beauty needs by incorporating the latest beauty trends and offering high-quality products with a pretty affordable budget. I am very knowledgeable and educated on today’s modern trends. And I strive to make every customer feel pretty and look their best. I take great pleasure in offering these products and I want to ensure that each and every one of my clients enjoy our products. It definitely has not been a smooth road. Business has its ups and downs. Busy and slow days. I don’t think starting any business is smooth, but because it is something that I love and is passionate about, I’ve dealt with hurdles as they come. It is harder, though, with it still being a pandemic, and we’re now heading toward a recession. One of the struggles is when you think an item is a hit, do a poll, get amazing feedback, launch it, and no one purchases it. It’s so hard to start small sometimes because then you have those times you launch an item and it sells out within an hour. My main struggle is staying motivated because sometimes it’s hard to stay focused when you feel like all that you are doing is not enough.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to see everyone succeed. I’m a creator at heart and have always had plans to be an entrepreneur and build businesses that contribute to the community and provide a lifestyle to help and empower other business owners.
