We had the good fortune of connecting with Rola Diab and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rola, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Understanding how to close the confidence gap between where I am and the goal i’m looking to achieve. I use a success formula that ensures I’m always on top of where I need to be. Consistency is key.

What should our readers know about your business?
We help small to medium-sized businesses identify ways to become more profitable. I can show any business owner how to add a minimum of 100k to their business before they spend any money on marketing or advertising. I have software that can show them how we make small incremental changes that compound and have an incredible impact.

Our podcast will launch at the end of September with my co-host Robert Ferguson.
It’s called Breaking Cinderella and the focus of our dissuasions will be about identifying ways for women to become more sovereign by identifying the disempowering, often unconscious belief that cause us to give our power away to outside experiences and people.
Based on the idea that we have been programmed to believe someone or something will come to save us, often women believe they need someone else to help them fulfill their dreams when they have all the power to create it themselves.
We will focus on empowering them through mind, body, and spirit including ways to establish independence through educational business strategies, understanding health and how to maximize their results, and self development strategies for self and relationships.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
