Meet Rossana Rojas | Hairstylist, rollerskater and plant lover

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rossana Rojas and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rossana, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Its very important to create a balance in life, you can get a bit burned out. For your body and also mental health. This career can get stressful and overwhelming, thats why is very important to take the time for other things that you love and are good for you. Me, on my free time i love to rollerskate , beach time and do gardening it keeps me focus and happy, beside also help being a mom of a teenager.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Im Rossana, puerto rican Hairstylist in Miami , I love haircutting, i do pretty much everything from color, balayage, highlights, treatments, mens , kids, keratin, but my thing is Haircutting!!! I love shaping hair, each haircut is done with many techniques that I’ve learned thru the years in my career, using different tools and having a lot of fun in the making. My haircuts are not your “typical regular haircut “ they have texture, movement, lines, are fun and easy to maintain. From shag haircuts, mullet, shullets, pixies, texture bobs, curtain bangs, baby bangs , bangs in general, curly hair , blunt bobs, layered hair. I focus on having great hair enhancing the natural textures and movement of it. Creating effortless looks on each haircut.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have a serious roller skating problem, jajajajaja so everyone that hangs with me at some point go skating or some source on wheels. Roller skating Wynwood , brickell, the design district and then grabbing something to eat, Rollerskating south beach and then beach time and food is one of my favorite things. They are so many places, and that’s what’s makes it best!!! Miami is a fun place to be.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Thanks to family, friends, clients that trusted me and support it me all this years.
