We had the good fortune of connecting with Ruben Poveda Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ruben, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The idea was always to do something fun. That he had me busy and that he gave me freedom to continue working on television. That it gave me the possibility to travel but also the freedom to travel and meet new people from other cultures.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have always been of the opinion that we are products very similar to others on the market. what differentiates us from the vast majority are the desire, the smiles and the charisma that we put into each of the jobs we do. There are a million handsome, tall and athletic boys, but in the end what remains is your essence and that’s why I think I’m worth what I ask for.

I don’t think there are pretty or easy work stories. I believe that everything in life involves a series of sacrifices and continuous decision-making, which are sometimes correct and sometimes not. In my path it has not been easy, it has been very difficult for me to get where I am and be who I am, but there is still much more to go and to learn and I hope that the best successes are yet to come.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had to show some of the most beautiful moments of my life, I would start with my childhood, where I grew up in a beautiful beach area. I would take him to the soccer fields where he triumphed as a soccer player and I would take him on a tour of Spain, taking him to the best places in my country. I would make a mandatory stop in Morocco where I was on vacation for 3 weeks spending some wonderful days. I would also have to bring him closer to see how I went to the UK at the age of 20 on an adventure and I felt like an immigrant and saw the cruelty of life. We would compulsorily go through my past until we reached Turkey where I lived a wonderful 2-month experience and where I fell madly in love.
I would tell him not to be afraid of love and to love without conditions and without fear, because there is nothing more wonderful than loving people.
And finally we would end up in Miami, where I just arrived and where I would love to be able to dedicate myself to the world of entertainment like up to now.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Along the way there have been many people who have helped me to be who I am. Good people, not so good people. At the end of the road, those who are still here by my side are always my parents, my girlfriend and my lifelong friends. I hope that important people continue to come into my life and that they help me improve and learn the good things in life.
