We had the good fortune of connecting with Sabrina Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sabrina, what matters most to you?
Integrity. Especially in the biohacking and wellness space. With so much conflicting information and marketing noise out there, I believe it’s essential to be someone people can trust. Integrity means I only share what I’ve personally researched, tested, or truly believe in. It means turning down brand deals that don’t align with my values, and being honest with my audience even when it’s not the trendiest thing to say. In a field where people are looking for real solutions to optimize their health, I see integrity as the backbone of real transformation and lasting impact.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I run a business and personal brand in the biohacking and wellness space, where I help women optimize their hormones, energy, and vitality by aligning with their biology. What sets me apart is that I don’t just share theory. I share what actually works, from lived experience. My community trusts me because I only recommend what I’ve personally tested, and I hold a high standard of integrity when it comes to partnerships and content.

My journey into this world started from my own health struggles. I was vegan for seven years and, despite doing “all the right things,” I found myself dealing with hormonal imbalances, fatigue, mood swings, and feeling disconnected from my body. I was already biohacking, but something felt off – like I was missing a key piece of the puzzle.

That turning point came when I started reintroducing high-quality animal protein into my diet. It completely transformed my health. My energy came back, my cycle regulated, and I felt like myself again .. but better. That was the missing link that unlocked everything else in my healing journey, and it’s what inspired me to go all in and help other women find their own answers too.

I’m most proud of the deeply engaged community I’ve built. Women who genuinely want to understand their bodies and live in alignment, not survival mode. Whether it’s through my viral Reels, my “Biohacking for Beginners” course, or 1:1 coaching, I create content and programs that are empowering, practical, and rooted in both science and intuition.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. I’ve had to face limiting beliefs, burnout, and the rollercoaster of building something from scratch. But I overcame it by staying connected to my mission, investing in the right tools and mentors, and learning how to work smarter, not harder. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency, integrity, and alignment are more powerful than any algorithm.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s this: Your body is incredibly wise and once you understand how to support it, you unlock a version of yourself that’s unstoppable. I’m here to help women reconnect with that version of themselves, one biohack at a time.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely – I’d love to dedicate my shoutout to my mom. She’s the one who first inspired me to tap into health, manifestation, and the power of believing in myself. From a young age, she instilled in me the mindset that anything and everything is possible if you set your mind to it. She always led by example prioritizing wellness, trusting in the universe, and encouraging me to dream big. So much of what I do today in the biohacking and wellness space is rooted in the seeds she planted early on. I’m endlessly grateful for her love, wisdom, and unwavering belief in me.
