Meet Sabrina Pantano | Owner of Feel Good Fitness of Delray Beach, FL -Performance & Wellness Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sabrina Pantano and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sabrina, how do you think about risk?
Risk is the bridge between who you are now and who you’re meant to be.
During the pandemic, I found myself at a turning point. I was on track to applying to Doctor of Physical therapy programs. I had a clear path in front of me and was committed to pursuing it. But then I was approached with an unexpected opportunity—the boutique fitness studio in Delray Beach where I had been training clients was for sale.
Everyone around me said it was too risky. But the idea of not going for it? That would’ve haunted me more.
So I signed the papers. I bet on myself. I built a space I felt the fitness industry was missing—something deeply intentional, empowering, and inclusive. Not another gym. A wellness studio that blends science and soul. A place where everyone—from beginners to high-performers—can feel seen, supported, and strong. I’ve learned that the biggest risk isn’t failure—it’s never finding out what you’re capable of.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Feel Good Fitness isn’t just a studio — it’s a movement.A movement rooted in personalization, empowerment, and real connection.
When I took over the space during the pandemic, I wasn’t trying to build just another gym. I wanted to create a high-vibe, deeply supportive space for real people — especially those who’ve never felt at home in traditional fitness environments.
And I kept hearing the same thing:
“I’m not a gym person.”
My answer? Exactly. That’s the point.
You don’t have to love exercise to fall in love with how movement makes you feel.
You just need the right space, the right strategy, and people who are truly in your corner.
At Feel Good Fitness, we blend science-backed training with mind-body-centered coaching. That includes functional strength work, EMS technology, mobility training, and breathwork — plus small group classes like yoga, HIIT, speed & agility, mobility, and monthly sound healing events open to the community.
Whether you’re training for golf, recovering from injury, rebuilding energy in midlife, or simply ready to reconnect with your body — we meet you exactly where you are.
Our Feel Good Fitness Method is where it all begins. It starts with a Wellness Consultation, followed by a Strategy Session and InBody scan. From there, we build a fully personalized plan based on your movement patterns, muscle health, lifestyle, and goals.
No, this path hasn’t been easy. But every challenge has made me a better coach, a stronger leader, and a more grounded human.
Because this work? It’s not just about reps and sets. It’s about helping people feel strong in their bodies again — and powerful in who they are.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Honestly? Presence. No pressure. Just good vibes. We’d start with a barefoot sunrise walk on the beach to set the tone. Then a training session at Feel Good Fitness to wake the body up and feel alive. Smoothies from FitFood Express. Coffee from The Seed or Deke’s. A stroll down Atlantic Avenue—talking to locals, enjoying the energy, just being in the moment. We’d hit Lake Ida Park, for some nature walks or cruise in a golf cart with no real destination—just music, laughter, and sunshine. And on Wednesday night? We’d catch the drum circle at Old School Square . Dinner at The Grove. Drinks at Driftwood or visit the Coco Market over the weekend.
The week would be about having fun, enjoying the best of our community, and being fully present — body, mind, and soul.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
This journey has never been solo.
First, my mom. She introduced me to holistic living—movement, mindfulness, and the power of intentional healing. She’s not just part of my story—she’s part of the Feel Good Fitness team. She brings her gifts as a sound healer and Kundalini yoga teacher to the space, and her presence adds a layer of depth that’s hard to put into words.
To my clients—past and present—you’ve been some of my greatest teachers. Watching you grow, heal, and rise has shaped me more than you know.
To my team: you are the pulse of this space. You lead with care, energy, and integrity. We’re not just helping people lift dumbbells—we’re helping them lift their lives.
And finally, to the mentors who’ve pushed me to expand my vision—and to the friends and loved ones who continue to support my growth… you know who you are. I’m grateful.
This work has always been collective. And it means more that way.
