We had the good fortune of connecting with sabrina wieser and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi sabrina, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Consistency. Long distance running or even being an athlete in general requires a lot of effort and consistency. And it’s applicable to all aspects in life too.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started @runningbrina out of the passion for running almost 10 years ago. In my 9-5 I work as a SEO Manager for a big publisher so I was able and still am to use my skills to build and maintain my own website www.runningbrina.com (please link) and gain a lot of visibility for running related content. Sharing my love for running and a healthy, active lifestyle built my brand over the years naturally and organically. I got to work with many big brands in the industry, shoot big campaigns and run some of the best marathons in the world which I’m very grateful about.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take my best friend on a run down to South Beach and back to South Pointe Park. After the run I would have breakfast at my favorite place Pura Vida. I’m always down for some relaxation at the beach and a glass of wine at night at Le Chick in Wynwood.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Always and forever my adidas runners community across the globe but mostly my crew in NYC. Adidas runners has helped me over the years to grow as a runner and be more involved in the running community internationally.
