Meet Sarah Caicedo & Erica Quince | Colorists

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah Caicedo & Erica Quince and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sarah Caicedo & Erica Quince, what principle do you value most?
We value education and continuing education. We believe always keeping on top of your skill set, knowledge and knowing the new trends are so important to always offer clients the best outcome.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
When we both met we knew we worked well together right away after discovering our visions were aligned. After a lot of thought and planning of how we wanted to run our business, we wanted to create a salon space that emulated that. Our vision was for clients to come relax like it was their home and create feelings of confidence and beauty inside and out. It’s not easy, takes compromise and risks but makes it easier when you and your partner have the same vision and passion.
Lessons and challenges we have faced and learned is to pay attention to details! Our job is so detail oriented but to switch our focus on many other aspects of our business ended up becoming a challenge that turned into a lesson to always look at every angel.
We are proud to say we created a mentorship program that molds our team to become the next generation of stylists and colorists. To help them stand out in this ever changing, competitive industry. Excited to watch our team grow and excel!
