We had the good fortune of connecting with Shadae Stoner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Shadae, what matters most to you?
As a realtor in a high-demand industry, the value that matters most to me is integrity. In such a competitive market, trust is everything. Clients rely on me to provide honest advice, guide them through significant financial decisions, and act in their best interests. Maintaining integrity ensures long-term relationships and a strong reputation, which are key in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a realtor with a background in property management. I transitioned into real estate after gaining extensive experience managing properties, which gave me a solid understanding of the market and client needs. As a realtor, I help clients buy, sell, and invest in properties, focusing on providing personalized, strategic advice to achieve their goals.
What sets me apart is my deep knowledge of property management, which allows me to offer unique insights into property value and investment potential. I’m particularly proud of my ability to turn complex transactions into smooth processes for my clients. I want potential clients to know that my combination of experience and commitment ensures a thorough, client-centered approach in every real estate transaction.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, I’d definitely take them to Wynwood in Miami It’s a vibrant, artsy neighborhood full of murals, galleries, and great energy. We’d start the trip by exploring the Wynwood Walls, an outdoor museum showcasing street art from around the world. For food, we’d hit up Dunkunoo for some yard(Jamaican)food.
For drinks, I’d bring it back to Fort Lauderdale and stop in las Olas to Baresco. Their cocktails are top tier and it’s a chill vibe. In between, of course we’d have to go shopping at Town Center in Boca Raton.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
In my journey as a realtor, Skip Wiley, my mentor, deserves a lot of credit for guiding me with his wisdom and experience. His advice has been invaluable in helping me navigate the complexities of this industry. I also want to give recognition to God, whose grace and love have been a constant source of support. Both have played a significant role in shaping who I am and how I approach my work with integrity and dedication.
