We had the good fortune of connecting with Shakin DaWorld and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shakin, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
My end goal is to be a successful independent musician/ artist that’s able to go on tour for myself and for other artist as well. By the end of my career, I want to be that artist that help create a lot songs on guitar for artist or collab with other artist professionally.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from the others is that I do a lot. I play guitar, rap, sing, and do poetry. I don’t think you really see a lot of people that can play the guitar and rap at the same time and actually spit some bars.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take a friend to a museum, a dope vegan restaurant and a good time with walking in the park and seeing a nice water view.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would super like to shoutout my cousin and brother being my musical influences. Also I looked up Stevie Wonder, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Chance the Rapper, Royce Da 5’9 & etc.,
