Meet SHANNON FLEISCHMAN | passion for motorcycles

We had the good fortune of connecting with SHANNON FLEISCHMAN and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi SHANNON, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I worked for corporate for 25 years 55-70 hours a week for a company that had no loyalty. I knew owning my own business with my motivation and passion for motorcycles i would do whatever it took to make it succeed.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I came from nowhere to do with the motorcycle world other then riding. we met cartel baggers Miami and instantly became family we rode with them for a couple of years while i was still in retail then my dad got sick and i took care of him until he passed of cancer. When I was going to go back to work they wanted to give me less money and as I said before I’ve always wanted to have my own business and motorcycles are my passion. so we started looking for a place. Cartel Baggers had a name already and did a lot for the community, so I said what. better way to start a business then a company that is recognized in the community. so we were cartel baggers ft Lauderdale. Well after traveling working my ass off raising money for fund raisers, police, fireman, animals, veterans, cancer we kept growing having the best technicians and have had a few. with my passion and customer service because of being in retail I will not take shortcuts on our builds and we make sure we give the best service we can provide with communication dedication and passion to make the baddest bikes around.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
my fiancé dana Rizzo is my number 1 supporter and the reason i was able to get the courage to open the motorcycle shop. and my friend who became my true brother scott baker aka (ff)when dana wanted to step away from the shop he stepped up to help keep it going.
