Meet Sherry Platt | MA Women’s Transformation Coach – Career Robustness l Spiritual Empowerment

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sherry Platt and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sherry, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
Humans! Our journey in this lifetime is so physically, emotionally, and spiritually challenging, and yet, most of us keep trying the best we know how. Emphasis on “know-how.” People who want more, who want to heal, grow, and evolve – these are the humans who inspire me the most. The ones who seek to explore the unknown. Those who are afraid and try anyway. Those who struggle with trauma, depression, and pain but keep on trying, these are my clients, and their stories are truly inspiring.
What should our readers know about your business?
I am a Transformational Coach working exclusively with women to develop their career resilience and spiritual empowerment. My goal is to help women create strong, effective strategic career plans that anticipate different life stages, keeping them financially secure, adaptable, and ready for the ever-changing job market and their constantly evolving lives. A career-resilient woman is independent, confident, versatile, and well-prepared for all professional stages of her life, from early career to motherhood, midlife, and her wisdom years.
What clients value most about working with me is that I integrate my professional corporate experience with my mental health expertise as a counselor, along with my spiritual training in various therapeutic foundations, including Eastern philosophy, Kabbalism, shamanic traditions, and psychedelic microdosing coaching. In short, I assist women who seek change but are unsure where to begin or how to overcome the fears that hold them back. I create a transformation container for women where they are supported, guided, and provided with tangible, practical methods for navigating the changes and transitions in their lives.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Most of my friends appreciate good food, music, books, museums, the beach, nature, and quality time together. I would spend most of my time in Saint Petersburg visiting the Sunken Gardens and Pass-a-Grille Beach at night under the stars. We’d hang out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Beech Kambucha and go out for lunch or dinner at House of Vegano, or grab great Vietnamese food at V on Central Avenue. I would check out the independent movie scene at Greenlight Cinema, catch the drumming circles at Sacred Lands, enjoy the Art Walk in Gulfport, stroll through Vinoy Park, or participate in the beautiful community and kirtans at Sacred City. In the morning, we’d try to see the manatees at Coffee Pot Park, watch the sunrise at Lassing Park, and then go for the best cacao at Sumitra again in Gulfport.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I dedicate this shoutout to my friends and community. They are my inspiration, support system, and north star. Life as a small business owner has its share of ups and downs, and having people by my side who believe in me and remind me of who I am and why I do this work is priceless.
