Meet Sin Silva | Performance artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sin Silva and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sin, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I think taking risks will inevitably benefit you in the end because everything happens for a reason. If you don’t take a risk, you’re left with the “What If” for the rest of your life whereas you face fear and take a risk: you unlock whatever is divinely in store for you. Taking risk led me to this point of time. I’m a tv personality , I have my own live shows, and I’m traveling to perform. It’s a dream come true.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being innovative is what sets me apart. I see it this way the audience wants to see something different that will make them feel inspired, happy, impressed and what I’m here to do is to put on a show. I’m most excited to see what else i learn, what city i travel, what tv show i do. I’m excited to what the future always hold. It was never easy to get to where i am but if you work hard and put your all into what your passionate about that will always lead to something special for you. I want the world to know that if you surround yourself around good people people that genuinely care about you it makes life just a little bit easier so find your second family find your people it will make life better. As for my brand when your at my shows my goal is to make you laugh, happy , just take your mind off stress or worries for a bit and enjoy yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Definitely my home bar which is called Georgie’s alibi in Wilton manors. They have amazing drag shows and live singers everyday . Especially on Wednesday they have a male show hosted by me and every second Sunday of the month there’s an amazing pole dancing show also hosted by me. So everyday there’s something fun to do.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Oh my god i would say everyone especially my fans. My home bar alibi , all show producers, and The entire lgbtqia + community for embracing me and supporting me. Thank you to everyone honestly. Xoxo
