We had the good fortune of connecting with Slav G. and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Slav, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Miami and Fort Lauderdale are beautiful places to live and vacation, but you haven’t truly experienced South Florida until you’ve seen it from the water. It’s truly a unique and a completely different way to view the city. Owning a personal boat can become very expensive and many people are not able to store or maintain a boat. That’s how the idea came to start a boat rental and boat club business, so locals and tourists can truly experience the Miami lifestyle without the stress of owning a boat. With a year round tropical climate, you can cruise with your friends & family the Intracoastal Waterways, tour the Miami canals, snorkel, swim, relax, party on the Haulover sandbar, or go fishing. We’ve built great relationships with our clients throughout the years and it gives us pleasure to see them come back and enjoy boating the way I do.

What should our readers know about your business?
We pride ourselves in being transparent and honest with our clients about our services and expectations. We are also excited to work with local businesses and charities, including first responders by providing complimentary boat ride events. It’s a great way to show our appreciation and give back to the community.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many things to do in South Florida, I would definitely take my best friend cruising by boat. We would start off in Hollywood and cruise through beautiful Golden Beach, Sunny Isles and Aventura down to the sandbar, that’s where the party happens. If my friends wanted to go out to a restaurant, what’s a better way to arrive in style to a restaurant than by boat?!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I couldn’t have achieved my success in the boat rental business without my partners, Dimitry and Oleg. We are building a brand that we are proud of.
