We had the good fortune of connecting with Sophie Frabotta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sophie, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Be the work. This is the main principle I carry with me at The Awaken Co. We are a holistic lifestyle brand that offers transformation through different transformational aspects: Coaching, Certifications, Circles + Crystals. We help you to transform your limitations, get clarity on your situation, release old energetic patterns, and access your true self and highest potential! And if we were not living this ourselves, how would we be able to guide others on this path. We also certify Spiritual Life Coaches and our five month training is geared around our students going through their own inner transformation first to deeply understand this work. Our students are guided to step into healing by embracing their rejected fractals of self, learn all about spiritual practices, how to involve Spirit in every conversation, connect with their souls vision, and then move into becoming an authentic spirital life coach. I believe that when we live the work, we are prepared and able to walk into any situation and see the opportunity, because once you understand your own darkness you can help others walk through theirs to find the light.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am really proud of the fact that no matter what I never gave up. Being an entrepreneur takes practice and I have learned a ton over the past thirteen years. My first 5 years were tough, but I hung in there and always practiced thinking outside of the box and reaching deep within for the answers when I felt like I was utterly lost. I have learned how to pivot and detach from the outcome, because that is most of the time, not how it goes. I have learned how to continue to follow what calls me deep within, regardless if others around me don’t “get it.” I have learned that everything always works out, one way or another – so stress is a huge waste of time and energy. I just want the world to know that The Awaken Co. is a place where you can finally be your true self. You can finally come out of your spiritual closet, and take your mask off and express the truth of who you are. The Awaken Co. encourages you to find the beat of your own drum and then play that music in the world. Our spiritual retreat center is a place where you become more balanced in your mind, heart and gut, and learn to drop your former limitations and expand into higher vibrations. This is The Awaken Co.; a modern, yet sacred space that is fully alive and dedicated to your spiritual growth, personal development and energetic evolution.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would first start them off with a boat ride up and down the intercostal in West Palm Beach to smell the salty air, listen to the relaxing beats of reggae, and anchoring up to peanut island. Afterwards, I would take them to Avocado Grill and get some super yummy guacamole. The next morning I would take them to my favorite yoga class, Yinyasa with Victoria at Yoga Path Palm Beach and then hit the West Palm Beach green market for some yummy vegan ceviche. Later that afternoon, we would go to the beach and have a rejuvenating float in the ocean and soak up some vitamin D and Sea! And later that night I would take them to enjoy a great dinner at The Palm Beach Grille.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shout out to my Mom. Who always believed in me and encouraged me to do meaningful work. She introduced me to the world of healing at the age of 16 and showed me what was possible when we do the inner work.
