We had the good fortune of connecting with Stefano Rielli and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stefano, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
Rap e dintorni (RED) was born in January 2022 with the purpose of bringing daily news from the music world. The articles that are done for the magazine are based on Italian and international rap/trap/drill and pop music.There is also a key slot for emerging artists who, need to make themselves known and get feedback on their project from the magazine’s supporters and me. But let’s get to the key part. I decided to pursue a creative career because, Since before the RED project, I already had in mind to create something of my own and so I thought of combining writing with music because the former, that is, writing, is one of my greatest passions because it gives me a sense of freedom and music accompanies me in every moment of my life.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

The first periods were the most difficult. I had to work hard to get at least some positive feedback. There were days where I thought I would not make it or at least not be able to carry out this project to the best of my ability As time went on, I slowly gained more and more mastery in this world.
In recent periods I have had the opportunity to come into close contact with artists and workers in the field. In them I have seen the seriousness, grit, curiosity and commitment they constantly put into their work, and I have treasured that.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate it first of all to myself because, from day 0 to the present, I never stopped believing in everything I was doing. Friends and acquaintances. Fundamental to this journey because they have managed with praise and criticism to improve me more and more.
