Hi Stephan, what do you attribute your success to?
Success factors : When you start a process, a transaction, Let go of the outcome. Don’t think of the successful ending. Instead focus on today, not tomorrow, one day at a time until you get to the last day, the day of closing/ending/success. Seek out a blind faith. Find a form or sense of spirituality. Connect inside in silence. Find your inner peace and enjoy it daily. Go within/inside your mind, Seek within, 5-10-15 minutes a day. Make it a daily routine and you will see results with this in all area’s of your life. To be successful, you need discipline. Find a successful formula to work hard and get results. Your strategy should be the same every week but differ as the week starts and ends. Discipline and hard work will get successful results. The success of our brand is simple. We have a combined experience of 38 years in the Real Estate Industry in South Florida.55 years combined of living in Miami. It starts there with many years of experience and living in the city that you sell and love. You cannot buy experience. Our market expertise sets us apart. We speak 4 languages. We have a strong local base of clientele and also around the world. We often sell our own listings to our own buyers. We have our own Director of Marketing in addition to our brokerage. Our Brokerage has a strong local and New York connection which is a big driver of the Miami Real Estate Market and our Brokerage has a strong European bridge in our sister company in Europe which is also connected to premiere markets in europe and other important real estate cities and countries. We connect buyers and sellers both nationally and internationally.Often times a successful transaction will be completely within our Network.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business is all about the art and passion I have for Real Estate. At the Cassis Burke Collection we begin the process using all our unique marketing and graphic skills to connecting the dots to find the right buyer or seller for each property. We are innovative and groundbreaking and use unique skills blending our many years of 25 years in the Real Estate Business and living in South Florida for 42 years. We are local and native real estate consultants. We had a record breaking sale in Coconut Grove recently at $20 Million (19,750m). A stunning Modern all glass Waterfront Mansion designed by the famous Architect Kobi Karp We also are the first real estate Agent Team to successfully represent the buyer and seller in a cryptocurrency deal where Bitcoin was used as the only means of conveyance, from wallet to wallet. To our knowledge this is the first sale in the history of American real estate and a record breaking transaction. Not only once, but twice did we achieve this groundbreaking way to buy the American Dream of owning home. This took several years to develop and research and put together an incredible new method to purchase a property. We are fortunate to live in Miami with our great weather and blue skies and ocean. This gives us the ability to sell real estate 365 days a week! I am where I am today because of hard work and discipline and listening to our clients needs and wants carefully. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to the Pier in South Beach on a Friday during sunset time as the Cruise Ships head out to the exotic caribbean islands full of excited passengers looking for adventure. Then to Santorini by Giorgios for the best Greek food in town Located in the Bentley Hilton on Ocean Drive, Then to Lincoln Road for some people watching and great roof top dining at Mila and enjoy the Water Garden. Then to the chic Bal Harbour Mall. I would also take them to the Village of Coconut Grove to see all the boats at Dinner Key Marina and go to Miami Watersports to rent Jets Ski’s or Para-Sailing and go Kite Boarding. Then I would end in the day in the City Beautiful, Coral Gables ,enjoying a drive thru the oak ladened streets and have a wonderful dinner at Coral Gables Historic 1926 Biltmore Hotel featuring the charm and decor of the roaring 1920’s. Miami the Magic City !

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to my family and my mentors. My grandmother who instilled in me at a very young age to dress to impress, walk the talk, meet strangers to learn from others and always never to settle in business, but always set your goals higher every year. My own family for support and being there from the beginning and giving me the ability to succeed. Showing me my love for Real Estate and finding blind faith right at the beginning of my career. My Life Mentors who started as my clients and then became my friends and now play an important role in my life. My business partner who is successful in the modern world of technology, structure and discipline and my graphics marketing expert and also artist who combines it all and is our driver and first impression to the world.
