Hi Stephanye, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
In sharing my story, I proudly embrace my Haitian roots and reflect upon how my background and upbringing have shaped the person I am today. Hailing from the captivating landscapes and vibrant culture of Haiti, I carry within me a deep appreciation for resilience, community, and the power of unity.

the richness of Haitian heritage has deeply influenced my identity. Our vibrant traditions, art, and music have become an integral part of who I am. The rhythmic beats of kompa and the colorful paintings that adorn our streets represent the soul of Haiti, and I carry that spirit within me wherever I my Haitian background serves as a compass, guiding my values, aspirations, and interactions. It has taught me the importance of humility, as I recognize the privilege of my experiences and strive to uplift those whose voices may go unheard, embracing my roots as I strive to make a positive impact on the world around me.

Allow me to share my journey as a medical professional and tax instructor, a role I have embraced with preparedness and leadership. What truly distinguishes me from others is my unwavering commitment to excellence, and as a leader, I take great pride in this attribute.

My path to becoming a leader has been shaped by the influence and guidance of my parents. Following in their footsteps, I embarked on a professional journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. Overcoming the hurdles that came my way was not an easy task, but through determination and perseverance, I triumphed over them.

As a leader, I have learned invaluable lessons along the way. One of the most significant lessons is that obstacles serve as stepping stones towards growth and success. Instead of shying away from challenges, I have embraced them wholeheartedly, recognizing that they hold the potential to shape me into a stronger and more resilient individual.

I want the world to know that my motto and story revolve around the concept that obstacles are an integral part of the path to success. It is through overcoming these hurdles that we truly discover our capabilities and reach new heights.
