We had the good fortune of connecting with Steven & Daria Dennison and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Steven & Daria, every day, we know how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Before launching Dashh Aviation, my wife and I had each spent many years working in private aviation, both in the U.S., Europe and around the world. We were thriving in our respective roles—me managing aircraft operations and fleet logistics, and her leading relationships and concierge with top-tier clients. We were on opposite sides of the business but always aligned in our standards of excellence.
Eventually, we had a moment of clarity. We looked at each other and said, “Why not build something of our own?” Something that reflects our values, experience, and vision for what private aviation should feel like.
Dashh Aviation was born out of that moment. Our mission was clear: deliver elite, white-glove service from people who know the business inside and out. We’ve been on the tarmac, in the hangars, and even flying first hand with our clients. That depth of experience gives us the edge to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and provide a travel experience that’s not just seamless—but unforgettable.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At the core of Dashh Aviation’s success is partnership. Our partnership as a husband-and-wife team is the foundation, but that same level of commitment extends to every client and operator we work with. We don’t just book flights, we build relationships and dive deep into details to make every flight personal, enjoyable and meaningful—so our clients feel known, valued, and completely taken care of.
We get to know our clients deeply and communicate every detail to our operator partners in advance. From dietary preferences to airport handling quirks, we anticipate everything. That level of care ensures a flight experience that feels effortless—because it was masterfully orchestrated behind the scenes.

The biggest lesson we’ve learned? Show up. In person. In full presence.
Private aviation is a relationship business. We make a point to meet our clients face-to-face whenever we can. We arrive early to help prepare the catering, help clean the cabin, brief the crew about the passengers they are flying. Then we are able to greet our passengers with quick handshake before takeoff and build the trust in a way that no email or phone call ever could.
Being present has helped us create unforgettable experiences and lifelong clients. It’s the simplest strategy—but easily the most powerful.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We’d pick them up straight from the airport and start the day showing them the beaches and water of Key Biscayne, followed by a scenic walk through Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and farmers marker. If they want to shop we will take them to Bal Harbour then we’ll swing by the Coconut Grove to walk around and then head to Bellini for lunch with stunning bay views. We would take them to our favorite health and wellness biohacking spot at Healthspan and finish with dinner at our first date spot in Brickell at Casa Tua.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
