We had the good fortune of connecting with Svetlana Esposito and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Svetlana, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My business was created very organically.

I was traveling with my husband in Russian speaking countries many years ago, I felt alone, started experiencing anxiety and emotional eating.

I began looking for help and found teachings of Louis Hay about self-love, Gabrielle Bernstein that promotes self-help practices and meditation with Deepak Chopra.

I dived deep into studying about energy, meditation, different healing modalities and then started to practice. I didn’t really know where all this was taking me but I was healing.

Through my experience of self-healing, I started guiding and helping other people and my business keeps growing.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have been fortunate to work with many clients over the past 10 years using different healing modalities, teaching meditation to children, facilitating different self-care workshops/circles/ceremonies/retreats and creating communities. I simply love creating a safe sacred space for people where I tap into my gifts and guide them through their emotional and physical healing.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When friends visit, I usually take them hiking into Red Rock to show the beauty of desert.

Salt Room with Sound bath or going for a workout to a vibrational studio Vibe 28 is another amazing experience. Also visiting The Las Vegas Strip to see a show or go on a High Roller to see the entire Las Vegas people really enjoy.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a shout out to my beautiful friend Brandy Jordan who is an amazing Human Design evolution expert that guides people to live their lives as themselves.
