We had the good fortune of connecting with Takeisha Hardaway and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Takeisha, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is strategic focus because in order to lead in the business to the greatest, I must have that mechanism to focus on what is best and important and keep from getting distracted. Keeping focus assists me in focusing on my goals and also aiming towards success and knowing what I want.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I got to where I’m at today professionally by working hard and having perseverance of not giving up even if things did get difficult. Also in addition, sticking to my goals and kept my eyes on the prize by staying focus with no distractions. Then setting smart goals and manifest it by believing in myself, staying on course to focus. In addition, figuring out on what I want to do by practicing and getting better at it. It was not always easy, but I overcame my challenges by setting a positive mindset as well as thinking big and better. The lessons that I learned along the way is no one is going to do it for you that I had to depend on myself and I had to work hard for it. I want the world to know that about me and my brand, story are I’m always a positive person and having integrity is very important.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I had a best friend visiting, my favorite spot that I would take them to are the Perimeter Mall and Lenox Mall here in Georgia. Then a place that I would take them out to eat are Red Lobster and Olive Garden restaurants to hang out. The most fun interesting things to check out are the video game arcade such as David Busters.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The first persons I would like to give the most shout out to is my family, they been with me through thick and thin. Especially my mother and father, they kept me in line making sure I went to school and receive my education, then addition, they talked to me about how important it is to get an education and the places that it could take me. Also, they supported me through my music producer career. My parents really deserves some large amount of credit because every since I was growing up they put the confidence in me that it is possible to become successful and finding my passion to do what I love.
