We had the good fortune of connecting with Temicka “Chef Tweet” Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Temicka “Chef Tweet” Moore, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
Cooking in any kitchen makes me happy because it is my passion! I often speak about the importance of having a purpose and a passion in life and understanding the differences between the two. Your purpose is what God wants you to do to impact your community or the world. Your passion is the one thing that lets you know all is well within the world while living our your dream.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am most proud of the strength, sheer hustle, and endurance it has taken for me to become this successful thus far. I relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana nearly 16 years ago with my seven, three, and two year old daughters, living on housing assistance, food stamps, and child care assistance. My grandfather always said, “Constantly Evolve…Dont Be A Dinosaur!” I stepped out on faith three years in to start a daycare business with a portion of my tax refund check encountering many obstacles but overcoming them one by one. Most days were great while others made me want to give up which is where my daily mantra “Never Give In, Never Give Up” came from. I have learned to study ALL of the rules & regulations of your industry as if it was the bible, to save just as much as you spend for unexpected rainy days, reinvest in the business, build business credit just as much as you build personal credit, and always have an affiliation with someone who is smarter than you. Once I learned these skills, my next business, Sincere Catering, was easier to start, maintain, and scale.
It is important for the world to know that my purpose, Stepping Stones Learning Schools, and accelerated preschool, was started to give children a fair shot at a top notch education for an affordable price before entering elementary school. My belief is that ALL kids deserve to be exposed to quality regardless of their parents finances.
It is equally important for the world to know that my passion, Sincere Catering, a full service company for events and private chef services is what I love to do! My brand is Sincere because I believe enjoying succulent food should serve as a love letter to your palette and that you should feel the authenticity, passion, and sincerity in every bite. Sincere is a brand which will be launching Sincere Fresh (meal prep), Sincere Goods (Cookware line), and Sincere Sauce (my signature sauce that made me popular). Sincere is about giving back to the community in any way possible and assisting others to sincerely become greater!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is one my favorite cities to cook in, Usually I am here on assignment, however, i always make time to get out and enjoy the city.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It is so difficult to pin point one person or entity that contributed to my success. There would be no success without God allowing me to live in my truth, my family for raising me with strong morals and values, my doggs (my sister friends that keep me rooted on a bad day), my best friends for their prayers, my chicas for their constant encouragement, my Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority sisters for always being their sister’s keeper and the best marketing squad ever, my children for helping me build my empire brick by brick, my therapist for keeping me mentally healthy, and my millionaire business Coach Damont Nickson for making sure my business affairs are in order and speaking life in to me daily!
