We had the good fortune of connecting with Tephanie Muro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tephanie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe that the success that a personal or service brand can have is reflected in how much it adds value to others.

In the growth process of Nera Branding I have learned that the most satisfying thing is to see that people really consider any contribution you can make to them in their lives. That feeling is indescribable, I really feel that I am successful in my brand when I see the gratitude.

Being an inspiration for me is a great achievement, encouraging them to be better is also, everything that allows continuous improvement reflects that your brand is successful.

Adding value to anyones life is the most relevant factor that reflects your success as a brand, this is because yo can see reflected in people, in their thoughts and attitudes.

This behaviour let yourself know that in the future you will be remembered and generated an emotional bond as a result of being worried about their progress.

Nera Branding contains my essence, it reflects who I am and how I connect with other people. I am a great believer that when we do good thing, good things come to us. That is my approach to develop brands that are solid and can develop well in the market.

It was not easy to gain people’s trust, but believe me, when you do good and customers perceive it, they start recommending you, and there is no better contribution than a recommendation.

I have had good and bad experiences, I have learned more from the bad ones because they encourage me to look for solutions in difficult situations. It allows me to see my behavior and how to manage it in order to continue to generate that trust with clients.

I would love the world to know about my desire to contribute to entrepreneur’s dreams, to make them big and have a solid and lasting course through the graphic and design contribution that I can provide with my knowledge.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a Peruvian I can say that my favorite places are those that involve eating, hahaha. So the first thing I would do when receiving a friend is to take them out to eat and have a drink.

In wynwood you can find MANTA restaurant and really there I have tasted really delicious Peruvian dishes, even more delicious than in Peru.

After that I love being on the beach, relaxing, listening to the sound of the sea and enjoying the breeze. So my second plan of the day is to go to Miami Beach to enjoy good company.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Well, I thank my family because they always believed in my potential. Above all to my husband who always believe on my dreams even when I did not believe in them. My father that for him I finished my career and ventured to have my own business.
