We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffannia Grant and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffannia, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting my own business was always a written plan. The goal was to start the right business that compliment my gifts and support my assignment to help people.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Dvora Lofts is a lifestyle multimedia studio, meeting place and intimate event space for creators, business owners and entrepreneur. Our lifestyle studio is perfect for photography and videography and all form of content creation. We are one of the first luxury lifestyle studio in South Florida. In the first three months of opening our studio has been figured in large marketing campaigns, website, and social media by notable brands.

It has always been a dream of mine to create a space were individuals can thrive and be creative. After leaving corporate American I decided to step out on faith and believed in what was already inside of me. I felt confident in my decision to move towards faith and I knew it was no turning back.

The start-up process was the must challenging as it required confident faith to continue planing, building and executing the vision. There were a lot of shipping delays, transporting and moving furniture, adding new finishings and over spending on minor details that was not a reality until you realized it is was an essential cost. Not to mentioned mistakes that happened along the way. I realized all new beginnings has challenges and the best way to overcome them is movement. Monument motivates and keep you from being stuck. The more movement you create in your new business is the more progress you will see.

I was a teen mom to a sick baby girl, with only a GED. One decision changed my life forever and that is walking daily with God. All things are truly possible if you don’t stop walking with Him.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As a vegan, I would take her to several of my favorite restaurant in town. Starting with breakfast at L’Artisan bakery and Planta Queen, followed by lunch/dinner at Planta Queen, Love Life Cafe, Thatch, Vegan Delights, Salty Donut, Parlour Vegan Bakery and Organic Food Kings just to name a few. For things to do, I’d definitely take them to Wynwood Walls and Lapis, Spa at Fontainebleau.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I do not believe that anyone is self-made. I have a tribe of amazing people who has supported, encouraged and helped me reached this level of progress, but daughter would be my strongest support. She is a 4x liver transplants recipient with a Master degree in Strategic Communication and a thriving PR agency, Digital Pitch.
