We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Manbodh and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, can you tell us about an impactful book you’ve read and why you liked it or what impact it had on you?
A book I’ve just finished reading is “The Magic of Thinking Big” by David Schwartz. It’s a huge game changer and has practical exercises and examples to help any individual shift the way they think about personal development and business.

Something that has impacted me is this line from the book: “Inaction leads to more fear”. The author mentions that the cure for fear is action and I could not have agreed more. Too often we worry excessively, especially if you’re new to business. One might find themselves second guessing decisions or doubtful about other things. The only way to find out is to take action as the author suggests. I believe that on the other side of fear is freedom and once we start overcoming our fears one at a time, we develop confidence and condition ourselves to look at fear as a type of guidance or even catalyst.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have a 6-month health coaching program where I guide individuals towards their health and wellness goals through diet and lifestyle changes. Their goals may include having more energy, better stress management tools, feeling less fatigued and more confidence that will radiate into their businesses or their professional fields.

What sets me apart from others is the unconditional presence and safe space I create for my clients that is free of judgement. Also, I don’t look at just the nutrition of my client. We also examine lifestyle factors that may be interconnected as well such as their physical activity level, relationships, spiritual practice (if they have one), etc.

I am most excited about collaborating with other health & wellness experts who have the same fire and enthusiasm for spreading the awareness of taking charge of your health from a mind, body, and spirit perspective.

How I got to where I am today involved taking a leap. I always knew deep down that I wanted something of my own but little did I know, it would be my own business. I took consistent action towards my goals and always found a way to move past challenges. I am persistent so when problems arise, I sought counsel and then made a decision.

Lessons I’ve learned along the way are to keep being authentic and honoring my truth. I would then attract individuals in my life that were like-minded.

I want the world to know that there is hope for anyone that doesn’t feel their best in terms of health and I’d like to encourage them to reach out to someone so that they’re supported instead of feeling stuck at a point in their lives. Also, it doesn’t matter what knocked them down. They have the power to change the course of their lives and I’m here to guide them.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely take them to Hollywood Beach to watch the sunrise because it’s absolutely breathtaking to connect with nature in the early morning. We would try out local eats to support small businesses.

Places that we need to absolutely check out include the South Pointe Pier in Miami, South Beach because it’s a classic, and Downtown Hollywood because some of the lounges have great music.

Also, we would have to visit Vizcaya Gardens because it’s beautiful and makes you feel like you’re in Europe with the architecture and garden design.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to express gratitude towards all of my teachers throughout my life that believed in me and provided opportunities that allowed me to hone my skills and develop my expertise.
