We had the good fortune of connecting with Tim Steinruck and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tim, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
There was a time when my motivation for what I do in music to be defined by fame amd fortune. That has changed so much in the 42 years tht I’ve been a musician, performer and music producer. I love to mentor, coach and support artists of all ages in different phases of their music career. I’ve had the multimillion dollar record deals and the potentials of incredible success. I’ve also had the devastating low points associated with the complete loss of them. As Quincy Jones so eloquently said: “When you make music for money God leaves the room.”
Now, it’s more obvious to me than ever that the music I make needs to be made with the intention to make someone’s life better.
My mission statement is “Keep It Simple. Rock Hard. Transform Lives.”
My intention is to have every live performance be an experience that changes the attendee for the better in some way.
I take that same approach in my conversations, my personal coaching business and all part of my music business.
That is extremely empowering and when I meet someone who says “I’ll never forget that time when you……and it helped me” it’s the most beautiful thing I could ever hear. It’s worth more than all the money in the world. It’s priceless.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve come to realize that I live in a world of duality. Dark/Light, Day/Night. Good/Evil etcetera. It’s so obvious to me that this is what i’m here to embrace, and overcome, to find the middle path of my life.
It’s taken me most of my life to realize this reality as I’ve shifted back and forth between heavy music and soft acoustic music.
I now know that I love both and that they both have a place in my life, and my offering to the world. I’ve learned that I am a spiritual being having a human experience, not the other way around. Within that realization comes the freedom to dive deeply into these creative dualities, and as I do it more, a centred path has emerged that I absolutely love!
I’m someone who grew up in rural setting, with a very religious upbringing and found my divine purpose very early in life. Watch my autobiographical music video “Torch Of Rock And Roll” https://youtu.be/Oel62sybzlI?si=48Vw9CU_9xPlJxj7
The whole story is there. Now I help others find their purpose; their power, and centre.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Wow. Well there truly is so much to see in the Vancouver area but here is how it would go. We’d start the day at the top of Vancouver’s North Shore mountains and watch the sunrise over the city and do a deep gratitude breath meditation. We’d then work our way down and go to Lynn Canyon on the North Shore for a cold plunge in one of the most pristine rivers in the world. Invigorated, we’d grab a special coffee and something sweet from an amazing coffee shop.
Then we’d head to lunch for some soup at one of my favourite Vietnamese Pho restaurants in Vancouver to warm our body and soul. Following that we’d take a nice walk along the ocean through Stanley Park adjacent to downtown while have a stimulating conversation about our hopes and dreams. I’d have my guitar along and would share my heart through my music in a bit of a mini concert.
We’d then go explore the city a bit more, do some shopping, get a drink and a snack and make plans for an amazing dinner and evening to come.
After dinner we’d go see some great live music, dance and celebrate!
The evening would end with a light late night meal and a nightcap before we finally crawl into bed, satisfied, content and complete!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Definitely one of my mentors Satyen Raja who created www.warriorsage.com I studied and trained with him as a master coach at the www.acceleratedevolutionacademy.com
The processes he has developed to release emotional blocks have been transformational in my life and the lives of those that I work with. There is an exquisite freedom available when our lives are no longer ruled by emotions. It’s been a total game changer. Life and abundance just flow now.
