Meet Torie Wiley | CEO 18 Wheels Incorporated

We had the good fortune of connecting with Torie Wiley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Torie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of the 18 Wheels Store is authenticity.
Everything we create comes from real experience — real life on the road, real grind, and real hustle.
When we launched the store, it wasn’t about just selling clothes or products — it was about creating a brand that truckers, hard workers, entrepreneurs, and everyday grinders could see themselves in.
People can feel when something is authentic versus when it’s just for the money.
At 18 Wheels, we built trust first — by telling real stories, showing real faces, and building a real community through the podcast, the brand, and the culture.
Consistency was the second key.
We didn’t chase trends — we stayed locked in on what represents our lifestyle: tough, proud, hardworking, and resilient. Every hat, shirt, bottle of spring water — it all stands for something bigger than a product. It stands for the spirit of the road and the people who keep the world moving.
At the end of the day, it’s simple:
We stay true to who we are.
We stay true to who we serve.
And that’s what keeps the 18 Wheels brand rolling strong.

What should our readers know about your business?
18 Wheels is more than a brand — it’s a movement, a lifestyle, and a culture.
It represents the heart of the hardworking individuals who move the world, not just on the road but in every walk of life.
Through The 18 Wheels Store, The 18 Wheels Talk Show Podcast, and now 18 Wheels Spring Water, we’re creating products, conversations, and a community that celebrate real people and real hustle.
What sets us apart is that everything we do is rooted in authenticity.
We’re not pretending.
We live this life — the grind, the travel, the sacrifices, the victories.
And we create products and content that reflect that reality, with pride, purpose, and passion.
I’m most proud of the fact that 18 Wheels started from just an idea between friends and has grown into a brand that’s reaching people all over the world.
From having conversations about life on the road to giving business owners a platform to share their knowledge, to creating natural spring water that promotes health — it’s all about building something bigger than me.
Getting here wasn’t easy.
The challenges came fast — from learning how to manage a team, losing original podcast hosts, dealing with the pressure of building a brand during a pandemic, and facing moments where I honestly questioned if it was all worth it.
But every time a door closed, God opened a better one.
I learned to stay patient, stay faithful, and stay flexible.
I learned that you have to keep showing up even when you don’t feel like it because that consistency is what separates dreamers from doers.
Lessons I’ve learned along the way:
Not everyone is meant to stay for the whole journey — and that’s okay.
Success is built on faith, consistency, and adaptability, not overnight hype.
Stay true to your mission, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.
Build a brand that’s about impact, not just income.
What I want the world to know is that 18 Wheels isn’t just about trucking — it’s about the journey of life.
It’s about pushing through, building something real, and never giving up, no matter how rough the road gets.
We’re for the hustlers, the builders, the dreamers, the grinders.
And this is just the beginning — the wheels are still rolling, and the road ahead is wide open.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my best friends comes to visit, I make sure they get the full 18 Wheels experience — a perfect mix of hustle, adventure, culture, and fun.
Here’s how we would make it unforgettable from start to finish:
Day 1:
Hit South Beach for sun, sand, and Miami vibes.
Big meal at Big Pink, then cruise Ocean Drive at night — soaking up the energy of the city.
Day 2:
Dive into the street art and culture at Wynwood Walls.
Grab street tacos at Coyo Taco and chill at Wynwood Marketplace — good food, good music, good people.
Day 3:
Hustle day — focus on creating podcast content for 18 Wheels, brainstorm ideas, and build for the future.
Slide over to Yellow Green Farmers Market — fresh food, handmade goods, and live music.
End the day with a top-tier dinner at Prime 112 — because after the grind, we celebrate.
Day 4 — The Finale:
Start the morning with an airboat adventure through the wild Everglades — real Florida energy.
Cruise up to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale for shopping, fine dining, and nightlife — a stylish way to end an unforgettable trip.
With me, you get a trip that’s all about working hard, living well, and making memories that last forever.
That’s the 18 Wheels way. 🚛🌴🔥

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, I have to give all glory and thanks to God — because without faith and divine guidance, none of this journey would’ve been possible.
I also want to dedicate a special shoutout to Donnell Grimes — the person who helped spark the idea for the 18 Wheels brand during one unforgettable night of conversation in Miami. That “ding ding” moment lit a fire that’s still burning strong today.
To my 18 Wheels Podcast Team — The Innovator Lover Boy Lamont, Lyric B, Trasel Holmes, Andrane Gordon, and Diamond in the Rough — thank you for believing in the vision and bringing it to life week after week.
I also want to recognize all the mentors, business owners, and supporters who came on the podcast, shared their knowledge, and helped us build a platform that uplifts others.
And of course, a massive shoutout to our 18 Wheels fans and community — the ones who rock with us, listen, share, comment, and support the brand.
You are the fuel that keeps the wheels turning.
Success is never a solo journey. It’s built by the hands, hearts, and prayers of many.
And I’m thankful for every single person who’s been part of this ride.
