We had the good fortune of connecting with Tracey Etelson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tracey, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
We wanted to fulfill our life’s purpose of raising the consciousness of the planet, one person at a time. Creating a space for people looking to heal through alternative modalities, that would also be for gathering place for like minds, seemed a good place to start.

What should our readers know about your business?
Spirit Well is the culmination of a successful collaboration of two professionals who brought complimentary life and professional skills and experience together to create a new concept in wellness. Spirit Well Sensory Lounge brings together an array of sensory healing modalities under the same roof, including the extra sensory. The project came together with ease as it is in complete alignment with our personal mission. Every day is an opportunity to help, heal. learn and grow!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Stuart maintains it’s unique Old Florida small town charm, with a twist of sophistication and boho chic. The renovated downtown main street shops and restaurants favor farm to table and local produce and fish. My favorite restaurants are Colab Kitchen, Fruits and Roots, and Haney Honey, all locally owned and serving clean food. Three charming coffee shops are Blue Door, Roasted Record and Three Baristas. Stuart beaches are clean and un- crowded. A sunset sailboat tour or deep sea fishing charter are a great way to experience the magnificent waterways. The Elliot museum and Oceanographic Society facilities are both fun and educational. Children will love the beaches, parks and Children’s Museum. Occasionally, good band can be experienced at Terra Fermatta and the historic Lyric theatre often hosts professional performers. While not the best night life destination, Stuart supports a robust arts community and scene.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My business partner Stephanie Lipp was the inspiration and reason for our venture.
