We had the good fortune of connecting with Valeria Stoyanova and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Valeria, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
What was the thought process behind starting Splash Marketing? The demand for social media exposure. Any small or big business needs to look good online nowadays. Best known beats best quality. This is how it all started…. When I was a realtor in New York City, the firm I worked for noticed my great marketing materials- graphics, pictures, videos..etc. The broker who owned the firm asked me if I could help the team with social media. I was happy to accept the offer because this is truly what I enjoy doing! Fast forward moving to Miami almost 2 years ago, I had to start from scratch and create my own agency. I always been an entrepreneur at heart, I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. It took me some time to build my network, but with the help of a few local women entrepreneurs my business started growing! Now the Sky is The Limit!!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My Goal always has always been to be a ROCKSTAR in the industry I am in and create a team of Rockstars as well! I am originally from Bulgaria, a small country in Eastern Europe, where there aren’t many opportunities for creative people in the digital space yet there are plenty creative and extremely smart people! So in a world where everyone can work from home, it was only right for me to hire a team from my country. I am very proud of that decision! It’s such a gratifying feeling to be able to help creatives from where I am from thrive and give them a chance to work with American Business Owners. I studied influential companies like GOOGLE and implemented some of their strategies into my business. Our company thrives on creativity! Innovation & Energy lays in our core values. Our team is extremely talented and the ultimate goal is to exceed our client’s expectations and most importantly deliver results! We face challenges almost every other day but that’s part of the game. It’s all about how you overcome it. In most cases challenges help us create better operation systems! I would like Splash Marketing to be known as a company of integrity, reliability, I want for our clients to know – when they chose to work with us, they chose to be a part of the winning team!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am such a foodie, experiencing a restaurant’s vibe and food is my hobby! I would totally take a friend that’s visiting to KOMODO on a Friday night , great scenery, great energy and the duck they have is pretty worth it! We would totally go take some pictures in the Design District area during golden hour ( get some IG content duh! )

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I wouldn’t be where I am without the support of some amazing woman I connected with here in Miami. I am so grateful for Marie Manalo, she is a spiritual coach and a fitness instructor. She was the first person to believe in me and my talents! I am grateful for my business coach and partner Sandi Glandt, she helped me build great systems within my business and constantly helps me improve my day to day operations! Lastly I am so grateful for my man Mike Schill, he is been such a great support system and his work ethic has been a great inspiration!
