We had the good fortune of connecting with Victor DENOUAL and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victor, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always been passionate about Formula 1, and I realized that there was a real opportunity to create a media platform that delivers F1 news in a fast, clear, and engaging way especially for a French audience. I started BZH Formule 1 because I wanted to combine my love for journalism and motorsport, while building something unique that connects with fans. I didn’t want to just repost news I wanted to create content that’s informative, visually impactful, and easy to understand, even for people who are new to the sport.

Starting my own business gave me the freedom to be creative, to grow a community, and to learn every aspect of building a media brand from content creation to marketing and partnerships. It’s been a great challenge, but also incredibly rewarding.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Sure! My business is called BZH Formule 1—it’s a digital media platform dedicated to Formula 1 news, mostly on Instagram and Facebook. What sets us apart is the way we cover the sport: we focus on delivering clear, fast, and visually engaging news, with a journalistic tone. We don’t just repost headlines—we break down the key stories, explain the context, and present the information in a way that’s accessible to both hardcore fans and newcomers.

What I’m most proud of is the incredible community we’ve built. Today, BZH Formule 1 reaches over 30 million people every month, and that number keeps growing. It’s proof that fans want reliable, well-presented F1 content—and that our format works.

Getting to this point definitely wasn’t easy. I had to learn everything myself—from content creation to social media growth, branding, and strategy. There were many challenges: slow growth at the beginning, changing algorithms, long hours. But I stayed consistent, adapted quickly, and always focused on improving. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that consistency, quality, and authenticity are everything.

What I want the world to know is that BZH Formule 1 isn’t just a media page—it’s a brand built by passion, with the goal of shaping the future of sports media for a new generation of fans. And the journey is only getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1 – Manhattan Classic
We’d kick things off with the essentials: a walk through Central Park, a visit to the Met Museum, and lunch at Jacob’s Pickles on the Upper West Side. At night, we’d go all the way up to The Edge or Summit One Vanderbilt for panoramic views—and then grab cocktails at Harriet’s Rooftop in Brooklyn or 230 Fifth, my go-to skybar with insane views of the Empire State Building.

Day 2 – SoHo + Lower Manhattan
We’d spend the day exploring SoHo, popping into boutiques, grabbing coffee at La Colombe, and visiting the 9/11 Memorial. For dinner, I’d take them to Katz’s Delicatessen for the real New York deli experience. At night, maybe a hidden speakeasy like Please Don’t Tell (PDT) or Employees Only.

Day 3 – Brooklyn Day
We’d head to DUMBO for the iconic view of the Manhattan Bridge, then walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. Brunch at Butler, then a chill afternoon in Williamsburg, where we’d hang out in Domino Park, grab a slice at L’industrie Pizzeria, and finish the day with rooftop drinks at Westlight—another amazing skybar with a skyline view.

Day 4 – Museum + Culture Day
Back to Manhattan for a deeper cultural day: the MoMA, a stroll along Fifth Avenue, and lunch at Eataly Flatiron. In the evening, I’d book us seats for a Broadway show, followed by late-night eats at Los Tacos No. 1 in Times Square.

Day 5 – Queens Adventure
We’d take a trip to Flushing for some of the best Asian food in NYC—dim sum, Korean BBQ, you name it. Then maybe catch a Mets game or walk around the Unisphere in Flushing Meadows-Corona Park.

Day 6 – Chill + Art Vibes
A more relaxed day—maybe a morning run along the Hudson River Park, followed by brunch in the West Village and an afternoon at the Whitney Museum. Sunset drinks at Le Bain on top of The Standard Hotel—great music, great views, great vibes.

Day 7 – Shopping + Final Views
For the last day, we’d hit Fifth Avenue or SoHo for some shopping, grab one last bagel or deli sandwich, then go for a sunset walk along the High Line. If we’re feeling fancy, dinner at Carbone or Lucali, then one final nightcap at Overstory, one of my favorite rooftop bars with an incredible 360° view of the city.

New York has so much to offer, but what makes it really special is the energy—you feel like anything is possible here. That’s the experience I’d want Skylar to take home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely if I had to dedicate a shoutout to someone, it would definitely be Canal+. Their Formula 1 coverage played a huge role in sparking my passion for the sport. I still remember watching my first races on their channel the commentary, the analysis, the atmosphere they created it all made F1 come alive for me.

Without their broadcasts, I might have never discovered how exciting and complex the world of Formula 1 really is. So in many ways, they were the starting point of this whole journey. I’m really grateful for that.
