Today we’re excited to be connecting with Victoria Agulla again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Victoria , thanks for joining us again. Just to level set a bit for folks who may have missed our last interview together, can you briefly introduce yourself?
It’s lovely to connect with you again. For those who don’t know me yet, I’m Victoria Agulla Tagle, the founder of Lemuria Continente Cultural, a little dream I brought to life in Poblenou, Barcelona. LeMURia is more than a place or a project—it’s a reflection of my journey and the kind of world I want to be part of.

LeMURia 🦋 is inspired by the mythical lost continent, a place of connection, creativity, and shared humanity. When I imagined it, I wanted it to feel like home for people who create, think, and dream big—whether they’re writers, artists, freelancers, or just anyone searching for a space to belong. It’s not just about coworking or events; it’s about building a community where ideas and kindness flow freely.

This past year has been a whirlwind. Launching Lemuria has been one of the most humbling and beautiful experiences of my life. It’s a small space with a big heart, full of art, laughter, and people supporting each other. We’ve hosted everything from intimate gatherings to workshops that have sparked real change. But what I love most is seeing how Lemuria brings people together—those who might not have crossed paths otherwise.

My own path has been a mix of many things: journalism, cultural management, psychoanalysis, and just a deep curiosity about people and their stories. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not have everything figured out, to ask for help, and to celebrate the little wins. LeMURia is proof of that—of what can happen when you trust the process and follow what feels right in your heart.

So, that’s me, and that’s “Lemu”. A space built on hope, creativity, and connection. I’m just grateful to be here, doing this, and meeting incredible people along the way. Thanks for letting me share a piece of this with you.

Alright, so our main goal today is to give our audience an update on what you have been up to since our last conversation. We’d love to hear how things are going and what you are most looking forward to or excited about these days.
This 2024 has been less about building outward and more about looking inward—integrating my shadows, reconnecting with my essence, and finding a sense of peace that comes from truly knowing and accepting myself.

One of the biggest steps I’m taking is fulfilling a long-held dream: I’m heading to Australia on a Work & Holiday experience that I had postponed last year. It feels like the perfect time to step out of my comfort zone, explore new horizons, and let life surprise me. There’s something so liberating about giving myself permission to pause, breathe, and simply experience the world in a new way.

This phase of my life is all about recalibrating—letting go of the noise, re-centering on what truly matters, and building a life rooted in authenticity and joy. I’ve been reflecting on my values, what’s important, and what’s essential. It’s not always easy work, but it’s deeply rewarding.

For me, this journey isn’t about achieving or performing; it’s about being. I’m learning to embrace the imperfections, honor my growth, and trust that every step—whether forward, backward, or sideways—is part of the path.

I’m grateful for this moment in my life, for the chance to slow down, explore, and reconnect. It feels like I’m meeting myself again, and that’s the most exciting adventure of all. 🌏✨

What do you want people to remember about you and your brand? What are some of things that you feel are most important, unique, special, etc?
I want people to remember me as someone who truly values connection—whether it’s between people, cultures, or ideas.
LeMURia, is a reflection of that belief: it’s not just about creating a space, but fostering an environment where individuals can come together, share their creativity, and support each other.

What I hope stands out is the humanity behind everything I do. Lemuria isn’t just a business—it’s a journey, a project that grows from the heart. The essence of LeMURia is about staying authentic and grounding everything in a deeper sense of purpose. I’ve always believed in being true to what matters, whether that’s creativity, personal growth, or genuine human connection.

My journey has always been about integrating my essence, listening to my intuition, and bringing that to life through the spaces and projects I create. I’m proud of how Lemuria stands out as a place of calm and inspiration in a busy world—where people can not only be productive but also find a sense of peace and purpose in what they do. That’s what I hope people remember: the balance between ambition and mindfulness, creativity and calm.

And above all, I hope Lemuria is seen as a space where people feel truly seen and valued for who they are—not just for what they can do.
