We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Agulla Tagle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, what’s the most difficult decision you’ve ever had to make?
When I made the decision to start my own venture, I didn’t realize it would be the most important decision of my life. At that moment, it felt like just another step, a natural move toward something I was passionate about. But a year later, I can see how transformative it has been.

Entrepreneurship is a one-way journey. In my case, that journey is called LeMURia Continente Cultural. It’s not just a business—it’s an idea, a community, a creative laboratory where culture and innovation come together. A space where artists, creators, and dreamers find a home for projects that might not fit anywhere else.

Creating LeMURia was not just about building something external; it was about redefining myself. It challenged me in ways I never imagined—pushing me beyond my limits, forcing me to embrace uncertainty, and making me trust my vision even when everything around me felt shaky. Every day, I had to step out of my comfort zone, take risks, and navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship while staying true to my values.

This metamorphosis brings unexpected encounters, not just with new people and ideas but with parts of myself I had never seen before. Shadows appear—doubts, fears, insecurities I didn’t even know existed. There are moments of complete disorientation, where I barely recognize myself. And yet, this is part of the process. Every dark corner holds something valuable, waiting to be acknowledged, integrated, and polished until it shines.

As my friend Gonzalo says, “Entrepreneurship is a lonely road that only those walking it can truly understand.” It’s about holding onto an idea when everything tells you it would be easier to let go, finding strength when exhaustion weighs you down, and believing even when doubt whispers in your ear. It’s an inner transformation, a deep reshaping of everything once familiar.

This journey has changed the way I see the world, work, and myself. It has given me resilience, purpose, and the understanding that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. But above all, it has shown me that this is a path where people keep joining along the way—people who inspire, support, and shift perspectives in ways I never expected. These connections have shaped me, and for that, I feel deeply grateful.

Each day brings a mix of adrenaline, questions, and breakthroughs. The road keeps unfolding, full of lessons and discoveries. Moving forward is the only option, and I embrace every step with an open heart <3.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
LeMURia Continente Cultural started with a simple idea: to create a space where creativity, culture, and innovation can meet and thrive. What sets us apart is that we’re not just a physical space but a community that encourages new ideas and connections.

The journey here hasn’t been easy. It’s been a constant learning process, filled with adapting and overcoming challenges. At the start, everything felt uncertain—I didn’t know how things would come together, how I’d manage resources, or how to face the hurdles. But with patience and persistence, everything started to click.

What I’ve learned is that the key is to stay flexible, listen to others, and learn from mistakes. The support and encouragement of many people along the way have been crucial. There’s no magic formula, but the most important lesson has been: keep going, trust the process, and celebrate the small victories.

What excites me the most now is seeing the project grow, welcoming more people, and making an impact in the creative and cultural world. LeMURia is more than just a place; it’s a constantly evolving space, and I’m grateful for all the people who have been a part of this journey.

What I want the world to know is that LeMURia is a place where creativity is welcome in all its forms. It’s not just about art or business, but about the connections that happen when people meet, explore, and learn together. Every step has been worth it, and I’m deeply grateful to those who’ve been on this path with me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A Day at LeMURia:
6:00 AM – Sunset at the Beach 🌅:
Starting the day with a peaceful walk to the beach. Feeling the sunrise and just soaking in the calm vibes by the sea.
8:00 AM – Coffee at Elements by LeMURia ☕️:
Start the day with a cozy coffee at Elements by LeMURia. The place has such a calm vibe, perfect for getting into the right headspace. I usually go for a cappuccino, but the croissants are a must too!
9:00 AM – Coworking 💻:
Then, we dive into some work in the coworking space. It’s a mix of focus and casual conversations—everyone’s just getting things done, but there’s always room for new ideas.
11:00 M – Brunch Time 🥑:
After that, it’s brunch! A little pause to catch up, have some good food (avocado toast, please!), and enjoy the company of colleagues.
3:00 PM – Team Building 🧩:
Time for a quick team-building activity—today we’re doing something fun, like a mini treasure hunt around the space. It’s all about connecting and laughing together.
6:00 PM – Art Workshop 🎨:
Then, we switch things up with an art workshop. Whether we’re painting, crafting, or something hands-on, it’s a nice way to stretch our creative muscles and have some fun.
7:30 PM – Yin Yoga 🧘‍♀️:
A chill yoga session follows to calm our minds and bodies. It’s the perfect way to reset and recharge.
8:30 PM – After Office Hangout 🎶:
If we’re in the mood, we wrap up with an after-office hangout—maybe some live music and casual chats. It’s all about enjoying the good energy and connecting with new people.

There are so many names that come to mind, and I wish I could thank each one individually, but the truth is, it’s the moments we share that mean the most. Every person who has been a part of my journey — whether through a simple conversation, a quiet moment of understanding, or their unwavering support — has contributed to the path I’m on today.

I’m grateful for the people who believed in me when I doubted myself, the ones who gave me their time and wisdom when I needed guidance, and the ones who have shown up in unexpected ways, always offering kindness, patience, and encouragement. They know who they are.
It’s not about the big gestures but the everyday acts of love, support, and connection. Each one of these interactions has helped shape who I am, and I’m incredibly lucky to have these souls in my life. Thank you to all of you.
