We had the good fortune of connecting with Victoria Molina and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victoria, how do you think about risk?
Risk taking has been a large part of moving forward in my life. I have always been a person that is not afraid to be herself, whether it be with my fashion choices, my beliefs, or what I do for a living, but this does not mean that it has always been easy. Many people feel a need to make fun of others or insult them for their choices, as they may see them as childish or not mature, which is exactly what has happened to me. I enjoy living life to the fullest, just as a child does. I enjoy dressing up, living care free, and with a sense of innocence and bliss. This type of persona and type of living could of easily pushed me back, but instead, I decided to take the risk and embrace this side of me. After all, it is who I am! This type of thinking has truly helped me in my career and in my every day life choices, as I choose to not be afraid in sharing that side of me with others and the world.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
One of the activities that I am most proud of and have begun to share is my love of Irish Dancing. I started Irish Dancing at the age of 4 and it has been a passion of mine ever since. There are so many individuals who are scared to share their true passions or personality with the world, and because of these fears, it holds them back from sharing their talents with others. I decided about a year ago or so that I wanted to stop living in that fear and just be proud to be the happiest version of myself, so I took my passion and started sharing it in the Disney Parks. Whenever I hear folk or Celtic music playing in the parks now, I decide to get up and dance, no matter what the other guests think of me or who is watching! Plus, there is even a restaurant on Disney Property that has Irish Dancers every single night (Raglan Road at Disney Springs) so why should I be embarrassed about sharing a talent at other parks throughout the Walt Disney World Resort?! By overcoming this stage fright as some would call it, I have grown to not only love dancing in the parks, but have found other girls who love Disney and Irish Dance as well! I have learned that being yourself and sharing your talent with the world not only brings new people into your life, but is freeing for your soul! It also has helped me to expand my reach on my social media accounts, and I hope to continue to do this as I build and grow.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If I were to plan a trip with my best friend, I truly wouldn’t know where to begin, as there is just an over abundance of activities, restaurants and places to visit and experience throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. I haven’t even gotten to experience everything that I want to, which is why when people ask me how can I keep going back ,my answer to them is always, “Because there are so many other experiences that I haven’t gotten to do yet!”. If I did have to pick though, some of the activities I would start off with would be rope dropping at the Magic Kingdom and having a Character breakfast at the Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and all his friends. Then we would take a million pictures in front of the castle, because you have to make sure that you get those early in the day to ensure you aren’t dripping with sweat just yet, as Florida is quite hot and humid. Then, we would hop on over to Frontierland to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, walk over to Liberty Square to get in our doom buggy’s at the Haunted Mansion, Into the next land, Fantasyland to be exact, we would meet Belle inside her library to hear her story at Enchanted Tales with Belles, and let her know that we were going to have dinner with the Beast Later that day the Be Our Guest Restaurant. At this point, our virtual queue boarding group would be called for Tron/Lightcycle Run, so we would have to go straight there. At this point, we are in need of pick me up, and will need to get some popcorn and a cold refreshing drink. We decide to do something calming and with air conditioning has the heat of the day has reached its peak, so we head on over to a classic and must do ride in my opinion, The Carousel of Progress. The day is coming to a close, and we still haven’t gotten through half of the activities we want to do, but that’s ok, as we know it is almost time for that dinner reservation as well. After dinner, we leave Beast’s castle to head to the front of Cinderella’s Castle to grab our spot for Happily Ever After, the must see firework show that has finally returned to the Magic Kingdom. It has been a long and exhausting day, but it has been filled with fun, laughter, and just pure magical bliss.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many individuals that I could give a little extra credit to for helping me to form my story. Between my family, my friends, my university, my job, and my digital creator friends, I have been blessed with many different outlets that have helped me to become the individual I am today. They encourage me to continue to share and do what it is I love in life, to continue to discover what that path may be, and to just be the very best version of myself each and every day. Each individual plays a different role, and some of them may not even realize the influence that they have had on me, but I can truly say that I am beyond grateful to have such an incredible support system in my life.
