We had the good fortune of connecting with Wendy Paskow and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Wendy, how does your business help the community?
The connection between humans and dwellings are profound, There exist many connotations regarding the concept of a home, including of security, identity, ritual and socialization, varied definitions and residents may associate their home with meanings, emotions, experiences and relationships. house should be a Home, where there harmony and peace. Since it can be said that humans are generally creatures of habit, the state of a person’s home has been known to physiologically influence their behavior, emotions, and overall mental health.
My involvement in the arena of Integrative Health and Yoga spiritual practice has sensitized my connection of human needs, coupled with an extensive amount of years practicing Real estate and working with a diverse group of people.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business in Real Estate is generational in design, architecture, development, hospitality. This has been a natural association and skill set for me throughout the years. My keen sense of luxury living is innately part of my life, this way it is very easy for me to identify what my clients needs are. In many cases where a client needs to redesign or remodel a home I jump in and support ideas and professional advice.
As far as my professional acumen, I deliver to my clients detailed work ethics, high standards in excellence, masterful execution and a congenial manor in which I work.
My business is cyclical, you need resilience, patience, confidence and fundamentals that include grounding .In order to stand the test of time, you need to invest in yourself and expand your horizons, distinguish yourself as a unique. Individual, create un ordinary skills and have a very personable personality.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I think it would take me more than a week, all kidding aside, Florida offers so many more spectacular places to visit on a day to day basis. Boca raton day, It would start in the mornings according to my what I do, which entails having the best espresso in my neighborhood to get me going, followed by a very beautiful morning yoga Asana and mediation in Delray Beach at Dancing Lion Studio, we would spend time at my club The Boca Raton, which is one the finest resorts in the country and maybe worldwide, we would go to the beach club, maybe head to the fitness center , the La Palermo Spa for treatments and hang out a have dinner in one of there amazing restaurants or grab a music venue at Funky Buiscut, a concert perhaps at The hard Rock hotel or Miami. Miami day would include a visit to the Miami design district, and dinner in a fabulous restaurant nearby. Miami is a very crowded place so my visits there is very limited. I would prefer staying in Palm Beach , maybe go to the Breakers Hotel and hang out there , have a spa day, have lunch there and dinner in town. I’m a big yogi so I would explore other studios near by , visit the Norton museum and spend time in the area visiting galleries, finding events in town. So much do to do.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Perseverance, unrelenting desire, ambitious goals , fortitude stems from witnessing prosperity and a self-awe inspired career and philanthropic community support and commitment, is all what I witnessed from my recently dearly departed Mother. My mother exemplified strength , kindness, warmth and a tireless work ethic which was instilled in her from my grand-parents. Her creativity , artistic and design talents were imbedded in me, I have the ability to see things clearly , and as a finished product , transform and re-create.
